Full spread breakfast

Absolutely great breakfast! I took a risk of missing the train to enjoy the full spread breakfast including vegan and healthy products. Super kind staff! Location is close to the underground and bus stop, and only 5-min by tram to the central station.

Bed was too soft. No mini bar, no fridge, no coffee or tea machines. I prefer 24h reception in the lobby, but the reception is in the 4th floor, and for a late check-in you should do it online, or by the machine on the street. But the check-in process was easy and fast.

There is no airco and the room temperature increases quite a lot. We knew no airco situation beforehand but didn’t realise the high temperature possibility for the night!

Excellent family room set

Loved the family room, large size and very clean. Best we've stayed in.

The windows could be thicker, but we coped with the outside noise ok.

Under repair at the time of our stay

The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. The Nespresso machine was great. The bathroom was lovely. It's nice to have a window in the bathroom. The location is excellent. We parked at the Schloss garage around the corner and it's only 8 Euros for 24 hours.

We arrived during a crisis. The hotel was undergoing major repairs due to a water problem. This meant the lovely roof terrace was unavailable to guests. Having stayed here before, the terrace was one of the reasons why we chose to return so we were disappointed about the situation. We were given one key card between us which meant one of us had to go downstairs to let the other in when we separated. I should have asked for another card, but the workmen were using the elevator and climbing the stairs to the fourth floor a second time didn't appeal. There didn't seem to be any air-conditioning in the room, despite a key chain with "Klima" on it. There was a standing fan. Fortunately, the weather was not as hot as it can be in August. I was too warm during the night, but we opened the windows wide and the room was quiet until the workers arrived at 8.00. Breakfast was in the cafe downstairs. The shop assistants didn't seem to have a standard breakfast for us. It was okay, but not the buffet breakfast we had expected.

you have to check in outside the hotel. Tipping in the sensitiv information at -3C temperature and strong wind and at night is not a pleasure at all.

Always good for a short stay in the city centre

Great location, I have always found the staff in this hotel to be very friendly. Easy check-in using a machine even at unusual hours.

Staff member ill while preparing breakfast and didnt really make an effort to wear a mask or similar.

Location was close to the Train station and Christmas Market. Very close to the city centre. Good breakfast options. Very friendly and courteous staff.
