Good place to stay for a group

The apartment was spacious, especially the living room. The kitchen was well equipped and having the washing machine and freezer made our stay easier. The communication with the host was great. The apartment was very clean.

The curtain in the shower was not clean in one of the bathrooms. One room did not have socket and the other one a closet. At night it became very hot, so the fan was not enough to sleep. Having more hangers in the bathroom and drying rack would also be useful.

Perfect for a short stay over when visiting the Aquarium

The beds are very comfortable, the apartment is very spacious and slept 6 of us (3 adults 3 kids) very easily. I messaged about the check-in, which says 7pm on their page, if we could check in around 5 and it was no problem.

There is plenary of parking around but it was all taken and very difficult to find somewhere. The apartment does need some updating, yes the bathroom sink needs attention and the TV is showing its age by not being a smart TV and the colour isn’t the best.

El piso no tenia con que calentarlo en tiempo muy frio (Navidad). Todos los calefactores estropeados. En la casa estábamos con los abrigos. Notifique al propietario y aseguro que llevaria unos nuevos. No los llevo y fue muy dificil contactar con ellos. No cogia el telefono.

Haciendo lo mínimo sin vergüenza

Las camas son cómodas. Hay muchas mantas.

- no hay basudero ni bolsas de basura - no hay papel de cocina ni higiénico en todos los baños - las toallas son crujientes - dejaron las cosas para limpiar la cocina sucias (esponja y jabón ) - huele como un gato había urinado - la nevera, aún que parece limpio, huele gambas - hay 3 calificaciones, pero solo uno funciona - tuvimos que encender el wifi - la ducha se inunda hasta el tobillo - el sofá me da miedo - la lavadora, aún que funciona, es muy ruidoso. Como... Un avión. Hay que ponerlo por la mañana. - la cocina no está bien equipada - la dueña nos dejó sin explicaciones y no fue muy amigable... Generalmente todo es mínimo esfuerzo y falta muchas cosas que hace un hogar más que una cama.

Appartement grand et spacieux permettant d’accueillir 2 familles. Quartier calme.

Manque d’équipements pour cuisiner. Beaucoup de choses ne fonctionnaient pas ou étaient cassées : la hôte aspirante, éclairage de la cuisine, porte fenêtres et stores, chasse d’eau et cuvette, marbre de l’évier, plaque chauffante peu efficace, empreinte de chat sur un drap… Difficultés pour se garer dans le quartier.

het appartement zag er goed uit, netjes en comfortabel Prima bedden

Er zou iemand bij de locatie aanwezig zijn om toegang te geven bij het appartement We kwamen laat in de avond aan met 4 kleine kinderen en er was helemaal niemand te zien. Appartement ligt in buitenwijk, voelde ons niet helemaal op ons gemak/veilig. Heb telefoonnummer gebeld dat op booking stond, kreeg een vrouw die nauwelijks engels sprak, zij legde na enkele zinnen de telefoon op en nam daarna niet meer op. Kreeg daarna ander telefoonnummer door wat ik moest bellen, zij kwam na 15min opdagen met de sleutels. Ik was alleen bij appartement blijven wachten op haar, de rest stond op parkeerplaats een blok verder zodat de kinderen in de auto konden wachten. Was allesbehalve prettig, geen fijn begin. Hoop dat ze voortaan in informatie vermelden dat je eerst even moet bellen met daarbij het juiste telefoonnummer, bespaart een vervelende situatie. De ochtend erna hoorden we allerlei knallen, was niet helemaal duidelijk waar die vandaan kwamen. Kinderen vonden dat best spannend, hadden geen fijn gevoel bij locatie.

Las cortinas del baño estaban sucias. Los armarios de la cocina no estaban limpios. Las toallas con muy mal aspecto y mucho uso. Había artículos de cocina abierto. Mi sugerencia sería que no dejarán nada. Por gentileza una botella de agua en la nevera.

Mejor de lo que esperaba

Todo en general está excelente, el piso es muy grande, más de lo esperado, también tengo que decir que es más bonito en persona que en las fotos, algo que me preocupaba era el calor, pero realmente dentro del piso no hace casi nada de calor, encima con el aire y los ventiladores que tienen está perfecto, eso y la atención, les doy un 10, lo recomiendo mucho al que esté interesado.

La zona quizás es lo que menos me gustó, pero eso no quiere decir que esté mal, es un barrio que tiene de todo, eso sí para ir al centro o a la playa, te puedes tardar una media hora en coche.

Bien, ubicación, precio y limpieza muy bien.

Ubicación, precio e instalaciones. Fuimos varios amigos para una boda, necesitábamos algo grande limpio, para quedarnos y cumplió nuestras expectativas. No le dimos uso a cocina y demás, con ventiladores para la calor disponibles. Muy contentos.

lo único que el check in lo tienen tarde, y a pesar de que si les llaman hacen el esfuerzo de ir antes, no pudo ser. En este caso, no nos importó porque teníamos opciones donde pasar el día y la mayoría llegaban por la tarde. Por otro lado uno de los lavabos tenía la piedra rota, que si vas con niños puede ser algo peligroso.

Geen handdoeken bij aankomst die wel op de boeking stonden. Eigenaar een berichtje gestuurd, ze zou die zsm komen brengen maar we kregen ze pas ruim 24 uur later. PohVeel dingen toch kapot of beschadigd waardoor het gevaarlijk kan zijn met kleine kinderen. De pannen en borden in de keuken waaren niet schoon, de kookresten zaten er nog op
