It was clean and had all the facilities you would need to self cater.

This property was only suitable for a couple. Sofa bed for 7 nights not at all comfortable and could not relax in the sitting area as you have to keep putting the sofa bed up and down. Also arrived after 12 midnight and two cockroaches meet us. Property responded to it immediately and had cleaners around next day. They told me this was common for Valencia. Not impressed stayed in hotels there before and never encountered them. Also this apartment looks like a retail unit converted to an apartment. The noise was overwhelming at night by passers. The windows didn’t keep the slightest of noise out. We were straight out onto the street. If you needed to get towels changed or bedsheets as we were there 7 nights extra charge. This place would be ok for max three nights. Location was convenient not the nicest of areas or street. Also eveytime you had a shower the water poured out into the main floor area hard to keep the place dry and clean. For the whole week there was a scaffolding right outside or front door.

Lovely apartment in the port area of Valencia.

The check in process was amazing, I was already in Valencia staying at another property by myself, my family were due to join me, so we booked a bigger apartment, the day of the swap the staff were so accommodating, making sure the apartment was clean and ready well before the normal check in time, this meant I was able to drop my bag off and meet my family at the airport. Absolute legends, thank you. The apartment was clean and tidy, bleeding was spotless and beds were really comfy. Towels were provided plus some little extras, washing tablets, a bottle of water, washing up liquid, all things that make it a little easier. The location was excellent, and the instructions left to enter the apartment, and check out were fab.. This is a great apartment if you want to stay in the port area of Valencia, near some lovely local restaurants and the beach area of the town. This has easy bus connections to the Ocean park, and metro into town and to the area. Loved it. And Valencia is a top place to visit.

Perfect placement for sure, very clean inside, all furniture is a new.

It was first floor, no good sound isolation and the mattress was bad for an old lady's back, its better to change it.

Location good for our needs. Price/quality ratio was correct. Not luxury but we didn't pay for luxury. Size of rooms good. All facilities provided. Easy access to beach and City of Sciences. Walkable to city centre down the Turia Gardens.

Some noise from other rooms. We could hear all the bathroom noises from other apartments.

Lovely place

The decor is very nice all the small sauce like coffee, so bring towels as well as dishwashing soap we’re amazing and extremely thankful for the decor. It was very beautiful and it was a very comfortable small but well plan space to stay.

It does say booking that we have to give a fee of 170 but we didn’t read it so it was surprising when I got a text message saying that I had to pay 170+ €30 for checking on a Sunday that I will get it back seven days after which I got eight days after I just wish it was easier place to read. Also, the person that takes care of the place did not reply because the instructions of where to leave the keys were unclear she told us to leave it inside, and then instructions on the wall said to leave it in the key hall. When I texted him, he didn’t reply back ever. on our check-in she asked us when we will be checking in and I told her around 10 or 11 in the morning which she told me that it was the check-in was at 12 but that she will inform the staff on our arrival, nobody knew we were coming and we were not able to check in so I was very confused why she would tell us that she would tell the staff that we were coming in earlier

We expected definitely more.

Easy access to keys in key box with code upon arrival = no contact with landlord needed. Room looked the same as on the pictures. Location is close to the port and beaches. Bus stop to city center in front of the house.

Based on the experience of other people before us we expected much more regarding cleanliness. At the first sight the room looked clean, but after 10 minutes of walking inside the white socks were completely black, but it would not mind so much. But what really surprised us were big cockroaches - in bathroom, kitchen, sofa... During few days we caught 6 of them and that was not a good feeling when we slept there with baby. The appartments are on the ground floor by the street so during night it was quite noisy. In one room was no AC, only fan on the light, but unfortunately it did not work and during the night it was so hot there. We informed the landlord immediately that the fan does not work, but until our departure noone fixed that.

Beautiful! Perfect place and perfect staff

Excellent staff! Everything I ever asked was answered quickly and friendly. There was a problem with the shower drain (not draining) so i messaged them before we went out for the day and when we got home it was 100% fixed. Everything was very clean and tidy and cute. Well lit apartment. Comfy bed. Even the couch was ok to sleep on (sometimes if I'm moving too much I'll go sleep there a bit during the night). Kitchen was nice. AC was SUPER cold which i love. Location was decent, not amazing, but really just fine. You're far from city center but rent the ValenBiCi bikes and you're there in no time! Really an excellent stay.

No shower hooks in the bathroom to hang your towel. So had to lay it on the toilet or sink. Not a big deal of course haha, just a recommendation for staff to maybe get a little suction cup hook and pop in on the tile. Very minor complaint haha, but it's cause it really was an excellent place to stay.

Apartment that did not meet our needs or expectations

Nice location, new furniture.

First of all, what is not written on Booking's website, you cannot enter the apartment, even if you have already paid, unless you do online checkout. We were on a trip and many meetings prior to arrive to the flat, were informed about it one day before, and it was really stressful to find a time to do check in, and we were told if we don't do it we cannot enter the flat. Second of all, it is NOT 1 bedroom apartment as written on Booking, but a studio. Thirdly, the apartment was extremely dark, as it is like a cave, only doors and one small window for the entire flat, it is a long room, and the deeper you go, the darker it gets, so you should have lights on even during the day. Fourthly, there was no fresh air what so ever. The small window could open only partly, which makes the air stiff and stale. Fifthly, the apartment had ants, the floor was only vacuumed but not mopped and you cannot walk for a second with bare feet, because if you do, the feet will get so dirty. On top of that, there were not basic things, like a soap to was hands in the bathroom (so we immediately went to find a store so that we could wash hands), nowhere to hang a towel or similar. Overall, would not recommend and would find another accommodation next time we'll be in Valancia.

Ecellent choice

It was a lovely apartment, just like the pictures. We got everything we need. Extra attention for little details( we found salt and pepper, water in the fridge, ice, dish washer tablets, witch in most of other rental appartments they are missing)

Great apartment I would totally recommend.

The place was very clean comfortable with all the utilities. I especially liked that we had a washing machine. The entire apartment was around 50m2 and it was very nice. Totally recommended. There is a bus station on 2 min from the apparent which was great and the city is super connected. But the beach is actually 1.5 km away.

The apparent didn't have balcony. They knew that we have arrived earlier but their chek-in policy was strict and that was ok. But they were 40 min late and didn't give us any notice.

Everything was very nice, the flat was clean and minimalist. It was a pleasure to stay in it.

Maybe if there were room shoes it would have been perfect, because we were getting our socks dirty quickly by walking through the flat.

Very well equipped rooms, completely new, good location.

Very nice apartment, completely equipped with everything you may need. Location is also very good, near the bus stop, grocery, within walking distance to the port, beach.

Entrance to the apartment is directly from the street, it is a bit noisy. All windows and door are from the frosted glass, so you don't have any view. If you want to just check the weather outside you have to open a door, which leads directly to the street, so it is not very convenient. But this is only problem with the suite, otherwise it is new, clean inside.

La posizione vicina al porto e la pulizia abbastanza buona. Cucina ben equipaggiata e appartamento ristrutturato.

Essendo un piano terra si sentiva ogni rumore, impossibile dormire bene. Molta polvere essendo fronte strada. Graditi prodotti per pulire presenti,un aspirapolvere e finestra della camera insonorizzata.
