The owner Miguel was very helpful. The apartment well suited for 2 to 3 people. Situated in a quite area. Very near the metro line going from the city center to the airport.
Valencia during las Fallas is worth a visit. It is very noisy in the centre during the festival. In Miguel's apartment we avoided most of the noise, still having fallas nearby and only 5 to 10 minutes to the centre.

A very nice apartment with all you need (except a kettle for tea making Brits :) ).
The apartment is very close to the Metro stop Nou Ocktober - on the line direct to the Airport. Two nice bedrooms - one set up for younger children. The key was available as arranged right on time outside the apartment and the welcome was very warm - though it is good for you to know a moderate amount of Spanish, to understand the instructions etc. you can walk to the Bio Parc in 20 minutes or the large Carrefour across the old riverbed in 15 minutes. There are some nice local bars and cafes too.
I would book this apartment again - which is something I seldom do.
