The apartment was very clean. It has everything necessary, well equipped kitchen. Supermarket is next door.
Door code is very easy to use, and no need to worry you displace the key or card. Easy to park nearby. Close to a nice park and to the zoo, but far from city center.
This is not a loft! It is ground floor, no view at all. Also, the lack of any door or curtain in the shower results in having water on the bathroom floor every time you use the shower. Finally, the apartment is much smaller than it looks on the photos, it is all just one room.

Logement très calme malgré la proximité de la rue. Assez grand, très bien équipé et très propre. Super lit. Le petit déjeuner dans une boulangerie est très sympa. Parking dans la rue gratuit. Quartier tranquille avec un petit supermarché tout près. Métro à environ 300m.
Le système d'ouverture de la porte avec un téléphone fonctionne bien mais il faut avoir un smartphone et internet.
