New Loft park central, biopark

Appartamento delizioso e vista mozzafiato! Ho passato una settimana in questo appartamento ed è stato tutto magnifico. Sicuramente lo terrò in considerazione per i prossimi soggiorni a Valencia

Ci sono stati dei problemi di poco conto ma lo staff si è reso immediatamente disponibile per risolvere in tempi molto celeri!

Bella vista sul parco. Appartamento moderno e ben arredato. 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro. Utile il cambio supplementare di asciugamani trovato nell'armadio.

Piccolo dettaglio da segnalare, il phon era rotto, nulla di grave per un soggiorno di pochi giorni, l'abbiamo segnalato.

Práctico, limpio, silencioso

It has all the basics and there is nothing inherently wrong with the place. It is a little run down where you can see something's falling apart but nothing that will effect the actual stay too much.

The host and the team could be more helpful. The instructions were very confusing and it was a lot of pain to find the right door and entrance. Also, there was some sort of online registration where we have to give all our document details to get the keys to the place which made it very uncomfortable and after all that, they won't activate the digital keys till the time you say you will reach the apartment on the day. So even though you are paying for the room form 3 or 4 in the evening, if you tell them you will reach the apartment at 8pm, you won't be able to enter the place till 8pm. That is not ideal experience and it should have been clearer from the start.
