Apartamento muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días por Valencia. Es un piso que está a las afueras, pero con el metro llegas enseguida al centro. Está a 10 minutos andando del BioParc. Unas vistas preciosas por la ventana a un parque enorme. Facilidad para entrar y salir sin necesidad de llave.
Al primer día de estar allí se estropeó la calefacción. Contactamos por Whatsapp con ellos y nos fueron dando largas sin resolvernos el problema y sin darnos ninguna solución (como por ejemplo, proporcionarnos calefactores). Además, los días que estuvimos hizo bastante viento frío, y se colaba por las ventanas.

Su facilidad para llegar, fuera del centro.
A un paso de paradas de bus y metro.Reformado , cama muy cómoda con espectaculares vistas.
Un paseo al biopark increíblemente bonito.
No hicimos uso de cocina pero tenía bastante buena pinta, a excepción de la cafetera(rota) de adorno…
Alojamiento amplio, y buena orientación, Muy cómodo y completo. Limpio y adecuado:)
La cafetera está rota, no tiene reparación(intentamos solucionarla) deberían sustituirla…
El sofá debería tener fundas, es sofá cama y es poco higiénico.
La ducha pierde agua y por ende la puerta del aseo se está dañando.
No cuenta con cortinas… la persiana del dormitorio está algo rota y no baja del todo…
Por lo demás, todo genial!

Location of the apartment (green area, close to Turia Park, close to the metro, buses, stores), the view, fair value for money
The apartment entrance is not clear; you have to navigate from the link in the email to another page, where another link will be available on the day of arrival. The apartment was still being cleaned on arrival (9:45 pm), even though they had asked for our arrival time and the number of our flight. The apartment is minimally equipped; there were no hangers for coats, shelves in the closet, dishwashing liquid, soap, or enough toilet paper. The sofa and the corners, the windows, and the closet were a bit dirty, and the closet smelled of cigarette smoke.
