Perfect size and location for a family holiday

It was a huge appartment. It was in a great location over looking Turia Park which we ran in some days. It was great to run among Hoopoe birds and parakeets. We also walked to the Cathedral and Valencia stadium. The area was great and the local bars and restaurants a very good price.

Great apartment with amazing view

The place is big enough to be comfortable, and the rooms are big and nice. You have immediate access to Central Park, and there is a bus stop at around 200m.

This will depend on what your itinerary is, but consider that this is not in the city's historic downtown, so you will have to take a bus to get there; again, for us it was not an issue.

Great stay in Valencia

Very clean. Good about us arriving later than anticipated due to flight changes Apartment had everything we needed. Although a little out of the city, easy to find as opposite Jardin de Touria (huge park made by diverted river running through Valencia). A pleasant walk to centre but also close to metro and bus stops

Internet went down and as we were there at Easter not fixed. This was not the fault of the apartment owner

Hormigas

Tenía aire acondicionado

Que tuvimos que convivir con hormigas que salían de los huecos de la encimera durante toda la estancia. Nos comunicamos con la dueña y su solución fue enviarnos a una vecina con un spray quita insectos... Además uno de los armarios estaba lleno de cosas de otras personas. El aire acondicionado perdía agua, y teníamos que fregar la terraza cada dos por tres. Booking tampoco nos ha aportado ninguna solución . Las camas eran incomodidimas, en una se notaban los muelles enteros. La otra era un sofá cama, duro y con almohadas como el papel de fumar. El aire acondicionado no llega a la segunda habitación.

Goed verblijf gehad, genoten!

Vriendelijke host, informeerde of alles naar wens was. Appartement is ruim en erg schoon, goed bed! Appartement ligt entraal tov centrum/bezienswaardigheden, supermarkt Mercadona heel dichtbij, goede verbinding metrostation Nou Octubre - Airport en Turia Park. Alles beloopbaar! Heel fijn, dat er lift in appartementencomplex aanwezig is. Aanrader!

Hadden meer handdoeken mogen zijn, zowel voor douchen als keuken en bij aankomst was er slechts 1 aangebroken wc rol (die bijna op was).

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per una settimana a Valencia

L’appartamento si trova a ridosso dei giardini Turia, si arriva direttamente e comodamente in 15’ dall’aeroporto con la metro (fermata Nou d’octobre o Av. Del Cid). Struttura al piano 4 con ascensore, dispone di due camere matrimoniali ed un salone con divano letto (totale 6 posti), un bagno (molto piccolo) con vasca ed un cucinino dove è presente tutto il necessario, forno e lavatrice compresi. È presente un balconcino con filo per i panni (o per i fumatori). Nella casa non manca nulla (anzi, forse una macchina Nespresso, Dolce gusto o A modo mio!), la pulizia va bene e una famiglia ci sta comodamente (noi eravamo 3 adulti e due bimbi). Le host sono gentilissime e disponibili! Noi ci siamo stati per una settimana e siamo stati davvero molto bene! Consigliatissimo per chi bada al sodo (ed al soldo). Vicinissimo alla casa c’è il Bioparc (5 minuti a piedi) e ci sono moltissimi parchi giochi e supermarket dove fare la spesa a prezzi convenienti (mercadona). Ps sotto casa passa la 95 con la quale si arriva fino all’Oceanogràfic ed al mare!

Se devo trovare dei difetti, alcune cose erano da riparare (ma di poco conto) come la maniglia per tirare il portoncino (lasciar da qualche ospite precedente nella tromba delle scale), alcuni listelli del pavimento in laminato erano rovinati o alcune lampadine (ce n’erano fulminate e avendole trovate nuove in casa, le ho sostituite). La serratura del cancello condominiale a volte si “inceppava” e quella del portoncino personalmente la sostituirei con qualcosa di “blindato” e più sicuro, perché non da’ una sensazione di sicurezza. Come già detto sopra avrei preferito trovare una macchina caffè in capsule in modo da non dover usare la moka.

Heerlijk appartement

Heerlijk appartement, ruim, schoon en veel licht inval met een klein balkonnetje met openslaande deuren. Bed sliep heerlijk. Goede badkamer en keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt. Werkelijk helemaal niets op aan te merken. Super vriendelijke host die na aankomst nog even checkte of alles naar wens was. Buurt is rustig en veilig, mooi gelegen aan de Turia.
