Rustic meets modern.Big, charming and efficient!

What a wonderful apartment! The rainfall shower was terrific. All the bells and whistles with great water pressure. Ro sent pictures via what's app to ensure our check-in was smooth. Free parking was on the square right behind the building. The terrace was charming and private! A win!

Nothing to report. The property was as advertised. Just don't know why single beds pushed together are considered a quee n or a king....

Best value for price, comfortable, large and clean

One of the best apartments I ever booked value for price wise. Large apartment with very large private terrace nicely decorated. Friendly communicative host. From Xativa u take the train and arrive after 3 stations. There are vending machines nearby if u want to buy something late at night. Functional air conditioning. I totally recommend this apartment for a comfortable and clean stay in Valencia

Hot and not worth the money

The location

Mould in the shower, shower tray it’s worn and dirty. It has working AC but it does not cope to cool down the rooms. We had to cut our stay short with one night as none of us were able to rest properly due to the heath at night, even with the shutters closed for the whole day and the AC on. All appliances are old, outdated and rusty.

Lovely place to stay in the heart of Catarroha!

Top location, with easy free parking nearby. The apartment was spacious. Very comfortable beds and sofa. Had everything needed for our stay. Lovely thick lids on the windows, so we could sleep without the noises from the city center disturbing us in the morning. The host gave us a quick response and good tips for getting around. Catarroha is 15min drive from Oceanogràfic, which was our main goal, and is really cheaper than staying in Valencia.

I guess the terrace advertised is accessible only for rooms A and/or C. We would really enjoy it with drinks at night.

Pretty to look but but would not prefer to stay.

The location is quite central. Parking in the back seems feasible. The apartment has been decorated quite nicely. Good for a couple.

The alley/staircase leading to the apartment is really narrow with a foul smell. The shower drains very slowly leading to water clogging. Overall the apartment looks like it’s made with stuffs that are old or barely useable.

Relaxing spot to stay in Valencia

Nice and spacious studio with high ceilings and a beautiful view to a cool plaza with trees. Parking very close for only 0.50€ from 20h00 to 9h00.

Nice location to stay...

The apartment is located near to the main street. Very well equipped and nicely decorated. We really liked the room.

The bathroom did not have the latch. Other than that there is nothing to complain.

The apartment was spacious enough for 3 persons. The patio is very large and nice in this apartment. Also there is a bit of a view to the town hall square from the patio. For breakfast there was even coffe in the cupboard. The washing machine is really god and new and the boiler for hot water is very effective and fast.

There is only one AC for the whole apartment. So the one who sleeps in the combined kitchen-livingroom, will enjoy it, but in the sleeping room there is only a fan in the ceiling. The kitchen ware are also very basic, but you can manage with it. No dishwasher. Also in the shower there's no shower curtain, so you need to be careful not to wet the whole bathroom floor.

Good choice

We slept one night there, we were on a longer trip. The location was great for our needs. The apartment was large, we had many options for food nearby, we parked the car in the underground garage, where the cost overnight was 0.5 euro (we left before 9 am). Nice view from the window, there were some trees in blossom when we were there.

Cómodo y buena ubicación para desplazarse por alrededores de Valencia

La comunicación con Rocio, lo cómoda que son las camas, la ducha y en general el piso aunque antiguo es bastante cómodo y ofrece multitud de instalaciones como tostadora incluso tetera. Fácil acceso aparcamiento en la plaza del Ayto

Simple detalle de que la ducha no tuviese cortina, al final había que ducharse con muchísimo cuidado y la televisión se veía regular y no ofrecía todos los canales.
