L’appartement correspondait bien aux photos et était agréable dans l’ensemble. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions à notre arrivée : bouteilles d’eau, Coca-Cola, bière, cacahuètes, barre de chocolat… C’est vraiment appréciable et cela donne une première impression très chaleureuse. L’hébergement était également bien situé et nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
En revanche, la propreté pourrait être nettement améliorée. Nous avons notamment constaté que certains endroits méritaient un nettoyage plus approfondi. Le principal point négatif a été les fortes odeurs, vraiment désagréables, provenant des canalisations de la salle de bain, qui ont été gênantes pendant le séjour.
C’est dommage, car l’appartement en lui-même est agréable et correspond bien aux photos. Avec un nettoyage plus soigné et surtout un problème de canalisation réglé, l’expérience serait vraiment meilleure.

We liked the accommodations; the air conditioning was a huge plus in the heat, and the place was equipped with all the necessary kitchenware, a hairdryer, and an iron. The soundproofing was excellent—there was no noise from neighbors or the street. There is a Mercadona nearby. We could always park on that street or the next one over—parking was never an issue. It was a lovely touch that the host left us drinks and snacks.
There’s no washing machine, but that’s not a big deal. It would be nice to have a fold-out drying rack for drying swimsuits in the summer. That’s the only thing that could be added; everything else is great. By the way, the Wi-Fi is fast and stable 👌

El apartamento estaba muy limpio y tenía todas las comodidades. Además, el anfitrión nos facilitó la llegada (antes de la hora) y nos dejó bebidas y aperitivos. Nuestras estancia fue genial. ¡Muchas gracias!
Estaría bien si tuviera alguna ventanita que se pudiera abrir.

Nice extendable sofa.
We were allowed to place our staff inside, before check-in.
The cleaning lady was surprised we arrived for that (despite reaching out before) but she was friendly and took our things in.
They offered some drinks in the fridge 'from the house'.
The sewage smell in the bathroom - during our stay... and was not yet so hot!
The bathroom drainage literally floods you and then it takes ages for the water to 'go'.
Also cold overnight and the heating function from the aircon was not working.
