Big, sunny, wonderful stay near the beach!

Location near the beach is perfect. Quiet block. Apartment is big - 3 bedrooms facing an inner courtyard so it is quiet. Living Room and dining/kitchen face the street, where there is plenty of light and a view of the ocean in the distance. Damian was very good with communication and responsiveness throughout our stay.

Great stay for a relaxing couple of days in Valencia

Excellent location, only 2 blocks from the beach, access to groceries and restaurants one block away, and only a short trip to the Center of Valencia. It was excellent.

Zwiedzanie i odpoczynek w Walencji.

Mieszkanie bardzo komfortowe, jasne. Przestronne pokoje. Dwie duże łazienki zaopatrzone w kosmetyki (nawet odżywkę do włosów). W pokojach szafy, do których można się wygodnie wypakować. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. W kuchni podstawowe przydatne produkty (przyprawy, olej do smażenia), zmywarka z nadmiarem kapsułek (a często w mieszkaniach te produkty są wyliczone). A przede wszystkim - świetna lokalizacja. Parę minut spacerem do plaży. W pobliżu liczne sklepy z owocami, warzywami. Doskonały dostęp do publicznej komunikacji. Gospodarz niezwykle komunikatywny i pomocny.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir waren bereits mehrere Male in Valencia und dieses Apartment gehörte zu den besten Unterkünften, die wie gebucht haben. Die Grösse, die Ausstattung, die Lage sind einfach top. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Wir wurden sehr schön empfangen, es gab einen Obstkorb und eine Grundausstattung an Kaffee, Tee, Gewürzen, Spül- und Waschtabs. Auch die Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine war gut. Es ist sehr angenehm nicht alles sofort und vor allem von Null auf zu kaufen.

WLAN gab es nur im Wohnzimmer, in den Schlafzimmern kaum Empfang. Die Klimaanlage hat zum Teil "random" funktioniert, die Heizkörper in den Schlafzimmern liefen meistens auf Hochtouren, ohne die Möglichkeit diese auszusehen oder die Temperatur anderweitig zu regulieren.

Perfekte Lage für Strandurlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß , sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet.Sehr nah zum Strand sowie Bushaltestellen, Einkaufsladen, Restaurants alles ist paar Minuten zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt.Fahrt zum Innenstadt mit dem Bus dauert ca. 30 Minuten.Es war sehr schönen Urlaub!

Gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Der sehr schöne Strand, viele Bars und Restaurants und auch 2 Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und fussläufig problemlos erreichbar. Kostenlose und Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Der Strand und die Promenade ist sicher das Highlight. Eine Bushaltestelle die direkt in die Innenstadt führt ist auch vor der Haustür.

Alles super. Leider kein Balkon oder Terrasse... aber das wussten wir vorher. Die Promenade am Strand und die Bars sind dafür ein sehr guter Ersatz.
