Great location, stores and restaurants in walkable distance

The room was extremely small, equipped with the cheapest furniture and not really clean, was a bit smelly and had mold in the bathroom.

Clean and tidy. Located near shops and restaurants.

Room a bit small for two people. Bed was pushed against the wall so you had to climb over to get out if you got up in the night.

Easy access to the centre of town. Great Location. Walking distance between 5-20min walk from main attractions.

The wifi does not work on the top floor. Getting to the top apartment is 5 flights of stairs, be aware.

Great night’s sleep minutes from the Xmas markets

Fantastic location - huge room and bathroom. Water and chocolate greeting gift. The vanity in the bathroom was perfect for makeup and styling hair.

There was no reception so it felt like an airbnb instead of a hotel. But everything went smoothly so we didn’t really have the need to contact the team.

Superb location to be able to get around Cologne on foot.

The location is wonderful. I was in Cologne to visit the Anuga Fair at Koln Messe and was able to walk there and back, circa 40 mins each way. Only approx 15 minutes on foot to the Dom and old town. Although the hotel doesn't have a bar or restaurant there are a plethora of places in the immediate vicinity, literally outside the front door for breakfast, pastries, dinner etc !! The room was basic , however exactly as described on the website and more than adequate for my purposes. The owner/manager, although not on site, was extremely friendly and was able to answer any of my questions in a timely manner.

Not impressed and would not recommend.

The location was good.

The room was not as depicted in photos - bathroom was totally different and smaller than pictured. The shower was extremely small and had mould. The coffee maker consisted of an electric kettle and instant coffee. There was no mention of 4 flights of stairs and no elevator. Calling this a “Boutique Hotel” is totally misleading. The carpet was dirty and towels smelled of mould.

Good spot for a short stay

Bed was comfy and room was good for a one night stay, liked the location.

Bathroom was pretty small, especially tight using the toilet due to the proximity to the wall and a radiator in the way, shower could also do with a deep clean to help with rust/deteriorating spots which don't look the nicest when you're showering and bits are crumbling off.

Comfortable stay at Boutique hotel

The location was in a close walking distance from the city center and sightseeing. Lots of stores, restaurants and cafes were right next to the hotel. Getting into the house was easy, and the staff communicated well to help us to find the correct door and apartment. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay! :)

The mattress had a hard, folded spot in it, which made sleeping less comfortable. Our room's water boiler had a lot of limescale(?) inside of it which made us not willing to use it and the room did not have equipment to clean it. However, our stay was still pleasant and we would absolutely come back to stay a night again.

Location

window was broken and not closing, so it was a very cold and be very loud on top of that. The heat did not work as the heater was filled with water and made bubbling noises all night the decoration all in black-and-white plus the laboratory bright white lights, and not a single lamp with warm night made it very uncomfortable to stay in. The bathroom does not allow sitting down on the toilet without crouching under the roof. Also there’s no shade on the bathroom window so the neighbour are getting a good show when you come out of the shower, all in all not suitable and at least half the price should be refunded.

Location is perfect, just in center. At nights a bit noisy but location is great

The room is very small, there’s no desk or table for eating something. Behind the bed was very dirty, we discovered when we tried to plug our phone in. There’s no lift and we had to carry our luggages 3 floors.

Perfect accommodation for business or pleasure: in the middle of everything, comfortable and convenient.

Perfect location for young folks (right in the middle of tons of restaurants, bars, boutiques and cafes). High quality choices and very convenient. Transportation is two steps away. The room was spacious, well furnished and comfortable. The host was incredibly gracious, helped us with any question we had and provided us fans for the hot temperature we were experiencing. Super super kind.

Honestly I loved my stay. If there would be one thing - more to be prepared than anything else - there are steep stairs to the rooms. It wasn’t a problem for us though.

Das Zimmer war das Geld nicht wert.

Das Bett war bequem, "Check in" war simpel

Das Zimmer glich einer Abstellkammer, zu zweit konnte man sich nicht bewegen. Das Bett hat gerade so rein gepasst, sodass eine Seite komplett an der Wand stand. Das Bad war an allen Ecken dreckig, die Klo Spülung hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Man hat sich nicht wirklich getraut zu duschen, da sowohl Duschbrause als auch Boden dreckig waren. Das ganze Haus hat seine besten Tage hinter sich und das Zimmer sieht nicht aus wie auf der Website.

Sehr kleines Boutique Hotel in einer ausgezeichneten Lage in dem Viertel der Ehrenstrasse und Breite Strasse. Zugang ist nichts für Menschen mit Behinderung, da das Treppenhaus sehr eng und steil ist. angekommen erwartet einem ein modern eingerichtetes Zimmer.

Tolle Lage, guter Preis

Das Hotel liegt perfekt in der Innenstadt. Dom und Hbf sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Im Zimmer gibt es die Möglichkeit Kaffee oder Tee aufzuschütten. Die Kommunikation mit dem Personal möchte ich als besonders gut hervorheben. Das war wirklich perfekt. Hilfsbereit, schnell und freundlich.

Im Hotel gibt's ein steiles, enges Treppenhaus. Das könnte für ältere Gäste etwas problematisch sein. Wen das aber nicht stört, der bekommt ein wunderbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Ok maar volgende keer zal ik hier niet nog eens verblijven.

Communicatie enkel via chat van booking.com. Geen persoonlijk contact op locatie maar was verder prima geregeld. Locatie prima t.o.v. centrum en parkeergarage.

Erg kleine kamer en een nog kleiner bed waar je met 2 personen in moet. 1 kant tegen te muur waardoor het best opgesloten voelt. Deurklink naar badkamer zat helemaal los dus de deur kon niet dicht/op slot. Voor 1 nacht een flinke prijs moeten betalen, die was niet in verhouding tot de ruimte/comfort wat je voor die hoge prijs mag verwachten.

In der Nähe des Rudolfplatz, mit ÖPNV oder zu Fuß schnell in der Innenstadt. Schöne Geschäfte und Cafés in der Nähe. Die Unterkunft ist eine eigenes kleines Apartment mit Schlafzimmer und Bad.

Alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem fehlte es nicht an Sauberkeit.

Oncomfortabel door kapot bed en halve gordijnen

Fijn contact en mooi ingericht

De gordijnen bedekten niet de hele ramen, waardoor het in de nacht licht was door lantaarns en in de ochtend al snel door het daglicht. De kant van het bed aan het raam was het bed zo doorgezakt dat mijn vriend half zittend heeft moeten slapen. Ik vind het vervelend dit te schrijven, want de host is ontzettend aardig en ons verblijf in een andere kamer vorig jaar was erg prettig. Maar alles wat je zoekt voor een nachtje in de stad is een bed op een plek waar het donker is en dat was beide niet in orde.

Obwohl modern ausgestattet waren im Bad die Fliesen abgewohnt. Auch eine Steckdose hing schon aus der Wand und die Vorhänge konnten das Zimmer nicht komplett abdunkeln. Die Lichttemperatur der Deckenlampen war leider Kaltweis.

Warum gibt es Teebeutel wenn es nicht mal einen Wasserkocher gibt? Es war sehr dreckig. Abgeranzter Nachttisch und Make-up an der Wand und ein Q-Tip unterm Waschbecken. Schlechte und vor allem viel zu weiche Matratze

Het bed ligt vreselijk door. Het is een grote kuil. Er lagen nog wimpers van de vorige gasten op de vensterbank. Er hangt een stopcontact uit de muur. De gordijnen sluiten niet.

Haare in der Dusche. Eine uralte, z.T. schmutzige Duschkabine. Im Schrank steht ein Wasserkocher, das Kabel zur Steckdose aber zu kurz. Die Steckdose hängt so hoch, dass man den Wasserkocher nicht einmal am Boden abstellen konnte.

Perfekte Unterkunft für ein Kurztripp in Köln

Tolle Lage, zentral und trotzdem nicht so laut. Sehr sauber, guter Stil und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Die Kommunikation mit Self Check-in und allem hat super geklappt. Wie kommen wieder.
