No one on site and check in didn't work

The location, comfort and style of the room is fab. And the first staff member we called when we didn't get sent the check in information was great.

There are no people there. So when one of our key cards didn't work we spent 45 minutes first trying to check in (running up and down from the 4th floor to the key machine - the lift only goes to 3) trying again and again. Then calling the help people. They acted like we were idiots and were so not helpful. They said they'd have to come like we were putting them out. Then they said it would be 45 minutes. I don't think it's ok to have to wait 1hr30 to check into your room, they need someone on site. Really flags the failure of digital systems . They had to change my friend's room in the end as the door scanner was apparently broken - something we had suggested on the phone and been told wasn't possible as it was full. It was a shame as everything else was great but they need to get arrival much, much slicker, and the response from staff much more helpful.

Grundsätzlich nett - allerdings etwas teuer.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umfeld. Liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße - allerdings mit gutem Schallschutz. Hübsch und noch recht neu eingerichtet. Bequeme Betten und gut ausgestattetes Bad.

Die Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig. Wasserflecken der Vorgänger auf dem Nachttisch, gebrauchtes Handtuch im Bad und zwei Programmheftchen der Vorgänger auf dem Küchentisch.

Top Lage. Netter kleiner Lounge Bereich mit Kaffeeautomat. Saubere Zimmer. Zweckmäßig und modern ausgestattet.

Spülbecken im Loungebereich war während des 2-tägigen Aufenthalts leider verstopft. Schade.

Fijne locatie, van alle gemakken voorzien en daardoor ideaal voor een dagje weg met overnachting. Duidelijke zelfstandige incheck.

Over het algemeen was het netjes bijgehouden, we vonden wel dat er best veel stof rondom en onder het bed lag.

Super mooie locatie en net gerenoveerd appartement.

Perfecte locatie in hartje Keulen

Wij hadden hier geboekt om naar de kerstmarkten te gaan en bleven 1 nacht. De locatie in het centrum van Keulen was top, top, top! Dicht bij de Dome, dicht bij de Neumarkt,... Geen parking, maar er zijn parkeergarages in de buurt waar je vooraf kan reserveren. Mooie kamer, nog splinternieuw, alles proper. Goede regendouche! Inchecken ging vlot via een kiosk, maar bij problemen kan je ook altijd iemand bereiken. Aan de straatkant wat verkeerslawaai, maar dat is normaal in een stadscentrum. Op de gang, aanpalende kamers,... was alles heel rustig. Een paar schoonheidsfoutjes maar het is dan ook nog maar net geopend.

- kussens kunnen beter, waren heel dun - wij waren met 4 (1 koppel en 2 singles) en hadden 3 studios geboekt die standaard aangegeven waren met tweepersoonsbed, maar we kregen 1 eenpersoonsbed en 2 tweepersoonsbedden, dit was voor ons uiteindelijk geen probleem, maar voor een koppel die alleen reist zou dit wel vervelend zijn
