the bed was very comfortable, the room is very nicely designed, including the bathroom. The breakfast was great and the staff there were kind and very helpful.
the carpet and bathroom was dirty. the toilet sink was really bad and there were some stuff on the floor too. I am very suprised that level of bad hygiene in Germany. The staff at the front desk were not rude but they were also not very helping.
