Really recommend, good location, to Köln cathedral by foot around 20-25 minutes walk, metro station just by hotel, reall

Very good location, near busy area, around lots of cafeterias, shops, metro station just few minutes away. Room was clean and comfortable.

Stay close to centre in Köln for reasonable price

Great location, close to city centre. You can convintly park your car in the near by underground garage, €15 for 24h. Easy check in, very nice staff members. Room was just right for one night. Very warm which was great for beginning of the year. Had all amenities you might need.

We stayed one night, Saturday on Sunday which turned out to be a very noisy night. Loud music from 11pm to early in the morning fom the club which was next to the hotel. It was waking us up most of the night, not ideal.

The staff is helpful and the property has good location close to the metro station

The room was too small, the bed was uncomfortable and the location was noisy on weekend. Better to ask to stay on 7th floor to be less noisy. The soundproof was really good but outside was chaos on Saturday.

Good, but too expensive for what it is.

THe location is very good, close to the centre, but not too much, and on a very vibrant street full of restaurants, and any kind of store. Also close to one of the cutest Christmas markets in town. Room was clean.

The Hotel is too expensive for what it is. Rooms are very small and simple, to reach mine, one needs to pass through the terrace of the building, outside. Should cost less.

Excellent location! Very close to metro station(2minutes walk), you can easily reach to any place. Only 2 stops to main train station. The staff quite friendly. The room was clean and quiet. They almost offer everything in the room - hairdryer, tissues, bottle water, sparkling water, tea bags....

A bit expensive. Probably check the kettle in my room. I didn't use it but its seems with some problem and cannot be opened.

Reasonable considering the central location and the comfort of the rooms.

The hotel is located on the Ringe, one of the main streets in the city center. Restaurants, shops, and the tram are all within easy walking distance. The cathedral is a 20-minute walk away. The hotel building is a former office and residential building. Therefore, the layout of the rooms and the elevator is somewhat unusual, which gives the hotel a special charm. For this reason, room sizes can vary. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom was relatively spacious and clean. A kettle with coffee and tea bags, as well as a small refrigerator, were provided in the room. Overall, the cleanliness was very good. The staff was helpful. The price for the hotel room was reasonable considering the central location and the comfort of the rooms.

However, there were also some drawbacks. Check-in with our group of eight people was extremely slow and inefficient. The refrigerator in the room was very noisy. It was summer, and the refrigerator, housed in a wooden box, caused unbearable heat in the room at night and was also very noisy. It couldn't be turned off. Therefore, the maintenance staff had to come the next day to turn the refrigerator off. However, this didn't happen in all the rooms of our group. The lobby is very small and doesn't make a welcoming impression at first glance. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast. Normally this isn't a problem, but finding breakfast outside the hotel is difficult, as there aren't many choices between 6 and 8 a.m.

Nice stay in Cologne

We stayed at the hotel for a night. The hotel is easy-to-find, just in one of the central busy streets. They have 24/7 check-in desk. Overall, the check-in was easy and fast. The room was clean and comfy with a set of standard facilities attributed for the places like that. The bed is comfortable to sleep. They even provided bottled water courtesy the hotel, which was quite nice. So it is definitely a nice place for a short stay in Cologne.

Perfect central spot for a short stay in Cologne.

We stayed one night and were warmly welcomed by the friendly front desk staff. After mentioning we were in town for a wedding, we were offered early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade—such a lovely gesture! The hotel is super central, with lots going on outside at night. It can be a bit lively, but once the windows are closed, it’s completely quiet. The bed was large and very comfortable, and there are parking garages just around the corner. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay in Cologne was great. We enjoyed our walk to town and visiting the area. Room was clean and comfortable. The room was facing the street but the windows kept the noise out.

Friendly staff. Basic hotel bedroom fit for one traveller had tea coffee maker n bathroom with all toilet needs. Rooms were on a general balcony walkway similar to a flat complex. A mini fridge too Room cleaned daily

Location: Close (100m) to Tram station and has access to all places. Rewe, the German supermarket, is closeby.

Truly awful

Location was ok but that’s about it.

Where to start! The room was tiny, much smaller than the photos make out. There was a tiny window which was fogged out, so you couldn’t see through it, making the room feel like a prison cell. Guessing this was because people access their rooms from the corridor the window faces onto. The room was incredibly hot and uncomfortable. On going for a shower the first night, I soon discovered the shower drain was blocked with filthy drain water subsequently flooding the bathroom floor. I had to ask the unhelpful front desk staff 3 times over 2 days to fix the problem. The room wasn’t turned down each day or cleaned either. The room cost around £250 a night, a ridiculous sum to pay for such an awful experience. Never again! Do not stay here.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a fairly good position. Only a 10 minute walk into the centre.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and housekeeping not the best. We had to ask for them to come and empty bins and the sheets that were on the bed were too small

Cologne is a great city and Hotel is great.

I was on Room Only Basis. Staff very friendly and helpful. Even for my visit purposes the Location was a bit far away, for those who want to visit Cologne for Holiday is Good. Metro is just few metres away from Hotel, and it runs to the centre frequently. Room was very clean all the time. If you're travelling on your own I would still go for a double room due to room single room size, ( which is still comfortable).

It was noisy. People hanging out outside my door at the walkway and there was club music playing from the opposite buildings. Bed was not comfortable.
