I recommend this Hostel for a short stay. Location ca. 10mins from Köln Hbf. The room is clean and orderly. The bed is comfortable because we slept so well. Cons: No elevator and aircondition.

We stayed only one night. The good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the central station. Unfortunately, that's also its biggest downside. The train tracks are very close to the windows, and there was constant noise starting around sunrise and continuing throughout the morning, so we couldn't sleep well.

I win't recommend females with heavy luggage to stay here as there is no lift. Plus point is thatvthe male staff is very helpful to carry the luggage up for me. I was given the first floor and facing train station. Every minute a train will pass by. And if you open the windiw, there is a smell. The bathroom is big but the shower area is superb small with no holding area for personal bathe items and no light. The light is only at the wash bin. And the shower head is very high up and weak water flow.
