    Location was very convenient in the center and easy to access from cologne central station (2-3 minutes). Breakfast is enough and the room was clean.

    Was really expensive. It may be due to the fact that there was an international fitness show happening at that time. Staff was good. Based on amount paid not good value for money.

    I had a pleasant surprise when my better half decided to take a trip from Southeast Asia to Europe on a very short holiday, and suggested to meet in Köln, something I happily agreed to! She planned a daytrip from Amsterdam when I really didn’t pay that much attention so I planned a two day trip without any place to stay for the night… So when I realized she was about to leave I got in a hurry to find a place to stay for the night… The city of Köln is really great, lots of history, even if much the German history could be a lot better! But I was located at the main railway station next to the massive Kölner Dom. When I frantically looked through Agoda and other apps to find a place for the night. I finally found the Central Hotel at Dom, a cheaper option than most other in the proximity. So I quickly decided for this hotel, only 3 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnhof as well was really brilliant! I got there within a couple of minutes and checked in. I got the 135 room, please remind that this is at the fourth floor, if you’re at this hotel taking the elevator… Also the room was more than good enough for a nights rest, my return flight wasn’t scheduled before early afternoon the following day, so I very quickly fell asleep when I hardly slept the night before! When this app says breakfast available for 16,9€, it really isn’t correct, when the property claims 20€ for the breakfast! The price difference isn’t huge, just something guests should be aware of, if booking without the breakfast option included! Other than that my stay was a solid stay! Please also be aware of the bells from the Dom that is pretty noisy!
