A lot of noise during the night: screecing tyres, motors roaring, car engines running on traffic lights. Quite often police sirens, or blue patrol car lights reflection on ceiling.

Good Value and Friendly Service, but a Few Limitations

This hotel offers good value for the price. The service was pleasant and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. While the rooms are dated in terms of decor, they were clean and well-maintained, same goes for the toilet and shower facilities. Everything was functional and tidy, which I appreciated. One thing to note: the elevator is quite small. It might be a challenge for guests with mobility issues or those carrying large luggage. Overall, a solid stay for the price, especially if you don’t mind a more old-fashioned interior.

Room under the Roof (Summer).

Hotel location. Comfortable bed.

Room under the roof in the summer is not the best. Windows (2), even if open, are so small that the air inside the room could not change. Maybe the other rooms on the lower floors are better, I don't know.

Very pleasant friendly hotel, clean and comfortable.

The room had a balcony, with Table and chairs over looking a quiet courtyard. Very pleasant place to enjoy a cup of tea / coffee made using the facilities in the room.

There is a club next door, which on the Friday night we stayed was playing loud Techno music into early hours of Sat morning which could be heard very clearly in the room.

Excellent!

We really loved the location. Very close to the Cathedral. Just a 10-15 mins walk. The neighborhood was lovely and I especially loved our room view. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Pretty quiet during the night.

The only thing that we experienced issues with was the payment method. The Hotel couldn't accept my debit card, and I didn't have credit card. We specifically chose this hotel because it offered a possibility to pay cash, bit the issue was that they didn't work after 09.00PM due to staff shortage, and our arrival time was around 10.00PM. Thankfully it all turned out well at the end.

Hotel at great location with a well served breakfast

This hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to the old town. The owner is very kind and gave us loads of tips. Specially why we should book our breakfast with them. And he was totally right, the breakfast was amazing. Very well served with different options of breads, eggs, fruits, yoghurt, and many other things, We stayed at a superior room, and it is quite big, the bed was very comfortable and the windows are quite thick as it really blocked the noise from outside.

The pillows could be better and I would recommend to add some "oil" to the bathroom door. It was quite noisy. So going to the toilet during the night, definitely would wake up my partner or they other way around.

Good location, not far form city center. However, due to very early departure I weren't able to check the quality of breakfast. Staff seems to be friendly and the rooms are clean.

Staff is friendly and helpful and we were well received on arrival

There was no coffee in the room despite it being part of the offer. The room has no aircon. The reading lights at the bed did not work. Overall, for the price we paid, we did not get value for money. I got the sense that corners are being cut.

i would avoid this hotel especially in the summer.

Maybe good enough for one night.

a) Not exactly in the city centre. 20 mins walk from the train station. b) no air conditioning/ventilation in the room. The windows open on the road side and it is very noisy. Not ideal hotel if you are with a baby. c) very small lift. you cant carry stroller or any big bag in the lift. d) price not good considering the above. breakfast for 2 people 24 EUR and extra charges for baby crib 10 eur.

The manager/receptionist gave us a big room with a bath next to our bicycle storage location. He recommended a good restaurant that we used. I'd go back again.
