Location - there is a metro close by, just walking distance. Breakfast - was lovely. Good variety its good stay for work purpose. check in and check out was fast they have a locker room to keep your bags (when you exit out early for a few hours). its on the ground floor Room was nice and spacious

Very nice

The room is very clean. There is a kettle in the room. We enjoyed having hot drinks and needles.

We didn't find the front. We asked the cleaning staff. The receptionist didn't speak English and showed me an English translation of the German on her small phone. The sentences were very long and difficult to read.

Large, clean family room, good value, nice and quiet

Excellent quality beds, clean, and a very large room, perfect for a family of four to stay in. Nice and quiet and just right for a good night's sleep.

Great location with safe parking

Excellent parking facilities in an underground garage. Yes, it might be pricey but it's safe and we'd expect to pay a lot more considering its proximity to the city centre. The hotel is only about a 15-minute walk away from the city centre and there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants around. We were only here for 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cathedral is unbelievable. An astonishing building and so imposing... utterly magnificent! The room we had was fairly spacious and had a decent-sized bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and we liked the 2 separate quilts (it may be worth doing this at home!) The breakfast area was clean, tidy and spacious and there was a good choice of different foods. Overall this Premier Inn is a clean, tidy, spacious place to stay in a great location.

The air con was very noisy so we turned it off.

Convenient comfortable hotel for seeing Cologne.

Modern, comfortable large room with large bathroom, good lighting and shower. Quiet, good security, fast elevators. Easy access to Public transportation.

We arrived about 80 minutes before check in time. We were told that a room was ready but we would have to pay €20 to check in before 3 pm. We paid, but we have travelled all over the world for decades and have never had to pay a check in fee if a room was available and it was after noon. We checked in early at our 2 previous Germany hotels. This was a petty, price-gouging charge and not industry standard. We have stayed at Premier Inns in UK and were treated better.

Better than expected

Very good public transport, great bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. 20 minutes nice walk to the very center.

It's a pity, there is no clarity around the parking facility in advance. This issue has given me some headache, by the time we arrived it worked out all perfect. A lot of stress could have been saved! Our room was facing the train rails, in the morning quite some noise. Also, the aircon was loud, so it was either breathing or noisy trains. Make sure you take your earplugs.

Beautiful city, vibrant activities. Pity that you cannot get the rest you need after the busy days.

The room was fine, spacious enough, and recently redecorated.

Although the hotel seemed not to be full, we were allocated room 437 which is nearly on the busy railway tracks!! The noise suppression was not very effective, so there was a constant noise of the many railway tracks directly in front, and below our allocated room. Also, the hotel is quite far out of the centre of Cologne, and not easy to reach by a direct route unless you take the suburban train from the main railway station.

A pleasant stay

The beds were nice and soft, there was AC in perfect condition even if I didn't need to use it, the bathroom was clean, the cleaning was done just by request, or in the day of the check-out. The place is like two feet away from the metro and train station, which is a big plus.

Not a bad hotel if you are staying for a few days

The room was clean. The breakfast was organized as a buffet. Warm dishes: omelettes, sausages, bacon, etc. and Light breakfast: cereals, yogurt There was also a coffee machine to make cappuccino.

We took two rooms, but from both rooms we could not even see the sky because the windows overlooked the courtyard and the buildings are located very close (3 meters from each other).

Breakfast sufficient in terms of content, even tasteful hummus available. Spacious and clean rooms. Tidy bathroom. Very close to the city center. Affordable parking available. Friendly assistants.

Breakfast not sufficient in terms of content vs price. Orange juice made of quite sour concentrate, scrambled eggs too stiff, no blue cheese or camembert available. Final price higher for more than 20% compared to the original offered one.

Rooms are very spacious and equipped with everything the travelers might need. Interior looks not too modern, but still okay. Breakfast is quite alright.

Parking garage ways are very narrow and the parking itself is quite costly. 19 euro is too expensive, since the street parking nearby costs 16 Euro a day and is free on Sundays. Air conditioning is good but the control panel was not fully functional and it was really a challenge to turn AC off.

Happy stay

The room is spacious. The location is amazing, it's just few steps away from Hansaring station and 15- 20 minutes walking to the city centre. I had a really pleasant time staying there. Convenient, flexible staff and good bed. Would love to come back and stay there again.

The toilet sink is a bit smelly, I wish it was cleaned and disinfected better.

Car parking needs to be explained better.no disabled access directly to the hotel. Car park lift has not worked for 3yrs I know of,but you can park on bottom level and easily walk. You can also pay for the public carpark at reception, but we're never told this!.
