I stayed at hotel during the carnival. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Great accommodation with great meals

Nicely located hotel, room with a balcony and bathtub, even with a breakfast included, for a quite nice price. Breakfast itself is absolutely splendid, with a variety of hot and cold meals and a nice coffee.

Maybe a bit narrow bed and the room wasn’t really suitable for work with a laptop.

pleasant stay in a quirky hotel

it's a small kind of boutique hotel sized building. the staff were welcoming and helpful, usually I stay in premier inn-type hotels and this was more basic but a refreshing change and the breakfasts were delicious! Perfect for simply getting your head down after a long day exploring the city

Good location, breakfast, nice hotel staff, a good option to get to know the locals living nearby. There are friendly 🏳️‍🌈 bars for men near the hotel.

As a three-star ⭐⭐⭐ hotel, there was not coffee/tea, sugar set. This is a small investment, which is very necessary for guests👍

Superb

Really good location in the heart of Köln, a lot of good restaurants&bars around, easy to reach with public transportation. A nice and cozy hotel. The stuff was really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic!

The room was good just a bit to warm even though they had a fan for cooling it down.so a better air condition would be perfect.

A calm night in Koln

The breakfast was fantastic! the only thing i didn´t like was the watery coffee but it is a personal taste (I prefer coffee machines of Italian style with cappuccino available). Anyway the choice of cold and hot meals was exceptionally wide compared to another hotel we visited in the arc of 3 days. The rooms spacious enough, with a balcony to the inner side, so quiet! Aircon working, the bathroom somewhat small but perfectly clean and working well. Staff very nice, parking garage just in front of the place around the tram stop.

Super friendly and helpful staff. All 4 guys at the reception were really great. Good breakfast. Hotel is a little bit old, probably from the late 80's but all is super well maintained and neat. Room was super clean.

Staff deserve more than 3 stars!

A small hotel with a really personal atmosphere, situated about 25 minutes' walk from the Cathedral, the Old Town and the Rhine. There are, however, trams and trains running (silently) close by, at regular intervals. Our flight was so badly delayed that we arrived at 4 in the morning and yet we received an extremely gracious welcome from Diran, who took no time at all over the checking-in process and allowed us to get a few hours' sleep before breakfast. That was served in a pleasant dining room, equipped with all the necessary safety precautions of recent years and offered an excellent and very extensive choice, which was replenished regularly. Our room, at the rear of the hotel, was bright and cheerful and we enjoyed the fact that it had a balcony, on which we could stand...when the weather allowed! The bathroom was small, but adequate and there was never a shortage of hot water. Wifi reception was good and although there wasn't a need for it, during our stay, we appreciated the telephone in the room and the opportunity to contact staff, in an emergency; something a lot of hotels, these days, are dispensing with. Overall, however, it was the staff - Marcello, Christian, Alexander and Diran who made our stay so enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble, information was plentiful and every encounter was marked by interest in our activities, concern for our welfare and a good deal of humour. They should be commended for the good work they are doing to make their guests feel relaxed and a little pampered. Thank you all for such lovely memories of Cologne.

A suggestion only...the background music in the dining room could be turned up, just a little, to drown the noise of crockery and cutlery...and to allow the guests to feel comfortable about talking to each other during breakfast.

This girl has a very nice family apartment

We stayed in the family apartment, and it was spacious and well required for our family. The staff were friendly, and there was some welcome gummy candy on our room. This is not in the city center, but it's a very nice neighborhood. We really enjoyed it stay.

They have no parking on site. They have no a/c but provide nice fans, and the decor is a bit outdated - but none of this really mattered to us.
