    “The room was decent, good enough. The location was great. But we had a very bad experience with one of the reception staff, don’t know his name, but I think he worked, till 15:00 on Thursday and Friday, 9th and 10th July. On Day 1, even when a room got available earlier, he made sure not to let us check-in until 15:00, only after we approached him again at 15:00, we were waiting from 13:00 to 15:00. On Day 2, while he was attending another customer, I was waiting at the reception holding the kitchen access card to be returned, thinking he will attend to me once he is done with the other customer. He snatched the card from me, saying “I am not a Dog, so better be careful next time” in an aggressive tone. I couldn’t understand what was wrong, I asked him “Sorry, I couldn’t get you”, and he repeated the same. That totally ruined my day, getting such behavior for no reason, especially when you are in foreign country. I definitely won’t recommend this place to anybody, ever.”

    The property was clean and the staff friendly. It was reasonably priced. It was not a convenient location for public transportation.

    I was surprised to find I was required to pay the tax upon arrival, even though I had already paid the full amount stated on Agoda before traveling. Of course, I was required to pay by credit card; they wouldn't accept cash, and I didn't have a credit card with me at the time, which was very inconvenient. They were also extremely unfriendly.
