It is more student accommodation.

It was in good location and also could secure my parking place in downtown of Koeln city in this Hotel. I could get a small refrigerator at the corridor hall out of room.

My room was in basement and was very hot. Air condition was out of order. Due to basement room, it was quite misty and small was not that good.

They clean the room every 2 days. On Sundays the reception is until 2pm so you can't leave your bags and come back later.

A safe refuge during an exhausting work trip

Overall cleanliness and facilities were great, spacious room with thick curtains so I could sleep in when I wanted. Very good and rich breakfast buffet with high variety, solid coffee machine. Long breakfast and checkout hours.

It took about ten minutes to get someone to open the front door when I returned to the hotel late at night, despite ringing the bell repeatedly.

A perfect place to stay if you are attending a concert at the Luxor or visiting Koln.

A clean, quiet stay in the perfect location with great breakfast

The location is excellent — with two tram stops nearby, it’s easy to reach any part of the city as well as Bonn. You can also walk to the city center. Breakfast is served in a charming café and was truly enjoyable. There are also convenient 24-hour grocery stores close by. The room felt fresh, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with attention to every detail. Silence was very important to me, and I was pleased that I didn’t experience any disturbance from noise.

Great Stay in a Vibrant Part of Cologne

The hotel is in a great location if you are looking to be active and explore restaurants and the nightlife. There are two tram stops that can take you either back to the station or out to the Western suburbs. They are both adjacent to the hotel. The staff were wonderful and very kind and even kept my bag for a few hours after I checked out. There are so many restaurants and places to eat and drink. Some of these are simple or you can get a meal for 5:00 to 8 euros, anothers are expensive. The University is close by, and I went running in the park that was only about a 5 minute walk away. There are grocery stores, little kiosks and bakeries within 50 to 100 m. Also, a McDonald's is right across the street.

It was not a problem for me, but the area is lively and busy. Some people may be bothered by noise if they have a street facing room.

The bed was a little uncomfortable and I don’t consider the hotel very good value for money at £140 a night.

Reception area/cafe is nice. Person at the reception was helpful and spoke to us in English.

The rooms were awful. Small, dark and depressing. They looked like prison cells. For the price we paid I would have expected far better.

The property is really nice! it’s very clean and there’s lots of nice areas to hang out. The room was very big and the beds were very comfortable!

The toilet was inside a cabin in the room, so there was no real privacy.
