Nice hotel and friendly people
Pillows were too soft and a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee would be nice .

Our first night was not that good because of the heat in the room and drunk people kicking down a trash can with food in it, so we needed to close the window because of the terrible smell. But the staff was really great in showing empathy and finding a solution for the second night and that night we slept really well in a nice cool room.
There is nothing the hotel staff could do about the bad first night; it was my bad that I didn't book a room with airco myself so I can only blame myself for it.

Basic and centrally located. More hostel feeling than hotel.
Very basic rooms with no tea or coffee facilities. No carpets on floors. Quite noisy outside due to location. Guess they gets lots of groups. Heard only bad things about breakfast.
