Good location with respect to train station and activities in the city. You can see the detail they put into the room, the decoration is nothing you buy at Ikea. It made the stay more enjoyable.
Unfortunately, the street is quite lively. There was live music from Irish pub on Saturday until 22hr. And generally there is many people passing, expect them to be party people. And also people walking inside the building can be clearly heard. There is no lift. There is no AC.

Location is very good and rooms are clean
Staff told us we were too loud in our own rooms at 8 am, instead of telling guests off they should invest in sound proofing. Also the art concept is nothing inspiring at all.

The location was very good, in a street full of delicious Asian restaurants, and an Irish pub that closed late, which allowed us to have dinner after the traditional German time. The bathrooms were well equipped, with everything you need, even a hair straightener! Internet worked really well if you need to do some remote working.
The people at the reception were really nice!!!
The room we had was a bit controversial, because the bathroom had a glass partition and overlooked the room, I do not recommend it for couples who have been together for a short time 🤣. But not all the rooms were like that. I guess the other things were good enough to balance the experience.
Also just in case: It didn't bother me but we were on a fifth floor without elevators, it's good to know when you are making the booking.

The design of the rooms. The bed is those type of water bed, when u lie down it does moves abit, like you are on waters. It's fine for me as am super tired.
The location is not too near the train station, nothing much around.

Wonderful little boutique hotel! Rooms are named, not numbered. Artfully decorated to the smallest detail. Comfortable bed, & a real fresh flower in a small vase of water in the bathroom, and not only a hair dryer (with attachments), but a flat iron too! The front desk staff were very nice. Highly recommend!
The only negative was the door to
The bathroom was glass and my husband forgot it was closed and ran right into it! I safety hazard, I think. I suggested to the front desk that they put stickers (I’m sure they can find artsy ones) on the glass at eye level. An other couple checking out agreed. Also as an older builder, the did the best they could with the lift, so it’s not aligned with each floor, you might have to go up or down a few stairs, but I’ve had that in other European hotels.

The room and en suite were lovely and comfortable, there is a rocking chair which looks good, however, I fell over the foot of it every time I passed. I took white sanitary bags from the toilet and slid the feet in giving my eye a boundary. Nice toileteries, good easy to use shower and various types of tea bag/coffee options.
Nothing to dislike, other than the price which was always going to be inflated due to the Euro 24 tournament.

- Customer service provided by a lovely lady from Poland
- Location
- Cleanliness
- 2x of complementary in room at no extra cost in the room daily
- Interesting internal design
- Really simple breakfasts and staff double checking even after three days from which room I am
- No wardrobes in the room, only hangers - so clothes have to be literally outside
- Wi-Fi worked fine, but the fact logins are distributed on tiny cards was a bit off

rooms decorated with care
Noise from the street and clubs below (Saturday night)
Toilet is separated from bedroom by a glass panel, so there is no privacy

The art concept is interesting. The room I received at first was not my cup of tea for decoration, so the very helpful reception girl offered me two other options. which were fine. Lighting in the room was very pleasant.
There is a coffee machine at the reception, where you can take a cup of coffee.
Breakfast was a bit limited, but I think due to a shortage of staff that day.
Location is good , walking distance from many shops and restaurants. One Japanese and one bar & grill, adjacent to the hotel.
The hotel is narrow and tall, without an elevator. so you go up two stories to the reception and a few more to your room.
If you have a heavy suitcase, it is no fun.
in the room, there is no separate room for shower & toilet. There is a clear glass wall, so no privacy at all.
As I was traveling alone it was not an issue, but for two I think it is.

Nice bathroom + nice shower!
Good beds!
Great price/quality!
The room walls could have used another coat of paint ;)
You could hear people in the hallway quite good, talking, walking up/down the stairs

Location was excellent
The industrial light in the room was blinding, there was no alternative light source available except the bathroom (not even a bedlight). Attempt to be creative with room and furniture did not really work as some hotel basics were missing. At check-out I was explained I was in the least favorable room...
