Comfortable, secure, value for money

Secure parking, Great location everything is in a small walking distance, beds were comfortable and the living space was great comfy sofa, big windows with natural light, gorgeous view at night of the city, friendly staff when I needed help finding the car park.

Only 1 set of towels in each bathroom, hot water is in a timer, not an issue but a heads up would have been nice before staying, however there is a boost button on the boiler.

Charged even though guest did not damage the curtains of the property. I have proof that it was damaged before by his conversation with the cleaner. I was accused of stealing the parking ticket but I do not have my own car to park at such a service. He tried to charge without checking the cctv and the date the parking ticket was missing. New type of scammer. Please be careful. Do not book with this property. Not worth it. Very dirty.

Great location but not sure warrants the title of Beautiful Apartment. Was sufficient for our 2 night stay.

Excellent location and views from lounge across the city. It was quite basic and could warrant the title of Beautiful Apartment with a few additions. Great that a hair dryer was provided but needs mirrors by a plug to use it. Additional mirrors in the apartment would be useful. The crockery and utensils are sparse and a mix match. Would enhance having more. The car parking was secure and great to have as walked everywhere once there due to the location.

Lack of pillows on the bed and mattresses had seen better days. Only one set of towels for 2 people in the en-suite Broken pain of glass in the en-suite bedroom Difficult to find the key safe in the dark in another road This is the second time I have written a review of this property and the owners had replied to me about the key safe issue.
