Very good

Speedy and easy communication pre-booking. Lock box was appreciated. The house is tastefully decorated and nice and modern. WiFi worked and heating is easy to control (we needed to turn it off one morning as the house was roasting). Cleaned to an incredibly high standard. On street parking isn't the easiest to navigate but there is an inexpensive 24 hour carpark less than a minute walk away, so we were pleased with that. Welcome pack was useful.

One of the duvet cover zips is broken and needs replacing. Shower is electric with poor water pressure. The stairs are very steep but this is the style in these houses; just worth noting if you'd struggle with that kind of thing. Yard isn't really a usable outside space. However these are just minor notes and our stay was nice and comfortable.

Great, convenient for a Concert stay.

loved how close we were to the Stadium and town centre. Property was great, modern feel, bright and airy. Virtually everything we needed was provided. kitchen facilities great. Great communication from owner. Comfortable bed.

The property retains heat, small fans provided but wouldn’t be suitable for a hot summer stay. The cellar was spooky! Community very friendly but initial impression was in a rundown unfavourable area….. don’t be put off. Various options to park but was very busy during our stay. Backyard - not a useable space.

Clean and close to centre

Close to centre, beds were good, but could be better with a topper matress. Everything was nice and clean. Han everything you needed.

The stairs to second and third floor were steep, with narrow and uneven steps, and quite frankly dangerous.

The house was very clean and well maintained. It was in a great location for our stay. Communication throughout was very good right up to the point of collecting the keys. Would recommend this property. Thank you David

A great stay for a reunion trip!

The house was centrally located, and the kitchen and lounge were nice and modern.

The bathroom lock was broken, and some of the rooms could do with newer bedding.

All in all was a good stay, just a shame about the location.

nicely decorated rooms, close to city centre, rang host about not sure on using the shower and answered straight away so good communication, very clean house.

Location isn’t the greatest in regards to feeling safe. We got there and a car was smashed into so didn’t feel safe to park car outside the house. Back ‘garden’ is shared with the houses next to each other and was quite messy. a little overpriced. could do with an extra bathroom.

Good for a city weekend break

Easy access to the city. Had everything we needed. Lots of food choices on your doorstep.

Parking was a bit fiddly the stairs were a bit steep the area wasn't the best.

Very comfortable beds and living space. Nice temperature in the house and very clean and quiet. Well kitted out kitchen.

It was a little awkward entering the property though a shared backyard which was strewn with rubbish and miscellaneous items.

Great for large groups.

Very clean and homely. Lots of space and great for groups of people. Key is in a lockbox which is handy if you're coming back at different times. Folder provided with some useful information. Good communication from owners. Would happily stay here again.

It's a shame that parking outside the property requires a permit. Would prefer an hour earlier to check in and an hour later to check out. Be careful on the stairs in the property, they are incredibly steep!!

Spacious rooms, clean and located perfectly to all amenities. Easy to check-in

One of the rooms the mattress had huge dent in it. Very steep stairs have to be careful specially children. No TV remote. Parking in front was always gone.

Didn't live up to expectations

The inside of the property has a nice finish. Beds where comfortable Plenty of cutlery, pot, pans & chopping boards plenty of stuff if you are planning on cooking whilst you are in the property.

I went to get the keys from the front of the garden which was full of rubbish which had blown into the garden. Once I got the keys you only get the keys for the back door. To get to the back door you have to go through an unlit alleyway into a shared back yard. The neighbours at the time where hanging out the washing which included underwear! Once I got into the property it was clear the property hadn't been cleaned. The stairs in the property are extremely steep 100% not suitable for young children. They was a clear smell of cannabis around the property.
