Not used to the beds which are quite soft, but we haven’t slept on firm beds so far either in other properties we’ve slept in through our trip. So we suppose it’s soft beds to the local liking. :)

Fantastic large spacious apartment for family and friends, very clean and well equipped facilities. Great central location to celebrate our daughters graduation. Adrian was very responsive to any questions raised. The car parking space was a great bonus. Would highly recommend. 👍

Excellent, spacious location, great communication with the hosts, brilliant car parking.

SO much space and an excellent location with very secure free car parking.

The desk (where I worked from for one day) was very high compared to the chair I could sit on and hence whilst it looked like a great place to work it wasn't very practical. However I did find a work around so this wasn't a huge problem but a shorter desk or higher chair would be better. Also randomly the main TV would not connect to ITV X player .... not the biggest problem in the world to be fair, just a bit surprising.

Very enjoyable and relaxing

The location was very good nice safe parking, the apartment was spotlessly clean and modern, all equipment for a short stay was supplied.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the apartment, a few leaflets on things to do might be nice, but most people use there phones so not totally necessary

Happy

Adrian is very helpful. We had some questions on the oven and need some more materials, he responded fast and even come to the flat to solve the problem. The flat is clean and tidy and just like the pictures show. The location is very good, it is within walking distance to the main city and has shops and supermarket nearby. I highly recommend this flat.

Wonderful 4 bedroom city centre apartment

What a find this place is! We travelled to Sheffield as a group of 6. We ideally wanted an apartment with at least three bedrooms and three bathrooms, but we couldn’t find one. Until this place popped up, which had four of each, plus two balconies and a roof terrace! Decorated throughout to a high standard throughout, loads of communal space, plenty of kitchen appliances, glassed, cutlery etc. in a perfect city centre location. And the host was very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. Would recommend without hesitation and will definitely stay again.

Lovely flat, with large communal areas, and well decorated. It is in a great location in the centre of Sheffield. It is very well managed and Adrian, who manages the property, is highly responsive to questions which I really appreciated. Thank you!

Fantastic apartment in great location. The communal area was spacious and well furnished. 3/4 bedrooms were en-suite with comfortable beds. Enjoyed stay as a group of 5. Really good communication with Adrian in relation to instructions. Would stay again.

Top bedroom is up steep stairwell. Was ok for us but would be difficult if have mobility issues.

Great location, excellent communication.

Location great and Adrian was an excellent communicator. Had a small issue when there, Adrian emailed and rang immediately. 10ish minute walk into city centre. Looked very clean. Really lovely little italian restaurant, Piccolo, only a minute away. Some tram noise if you're very sensitive to noise and sofas not the most comfortable for relaxing in front of TV but not a big issue. TV had no digital channels or cable, you sign into apps. Free parking space in secure underground garage.

Spacious, clean, central to town. Great apartment, easy and clear instructions to gain entry. Good supplies of everything we needed at the property. Really enjoyed our stay.

This property is an excellent location for central Sheffield, its walkable to many main locations in Sheffield. Parking is available for one car and a cheap car park right next to the property. Property is very spacious and good sized bedrooms and 4 x bathrooms. Excellent for a large group of friends and family.Property was very clean.

It was not clear in the property details that one of the bedrooms requires a steep ladder type steps to access it as it’s the loft bedroom. There is no en suite in this room so requires going down the ladder and 2 sets of stairs to use the bathroom. Need to have good mobility to use this bedroom. It would be nice to have a more comfortable seating area , sofas to be able to chill in as a group as limited sofa space.

Excellent apartment, needed more attention to detail.

The space was great and the decor was very good and the location was ideal. Communication was good with the rental contact and check in was smooth. He responded swiftly to my questions. The apartment worked very well for the amount of guests we had, although hot water first thing was a bit of a problem.

On arrival, the entrance to the actual apartment is quite a trek from the carpark, so we had to do many trips as we had a lot of stuff. It lacked a few things that you would have expected to have for an 'amazing' rental property. We could have done with more (and newer) towels, glasses, drying up clothes, and cooking utensils. The bathrooms were clean but a bit basic. The fridge door shelves were broken and the freezer really needed defrosting.

Great experience, great place to stay.

Spacious, clean luxurious big rooms, over three floors , with plenty of bathrooms and lots of seating to unwind. With loads of great places to eat and drink near by - and the rest of the city on your doorstep. Would definitely stay again. Plus Adrian was a great host and answered any questions we had fully when we needed him.

Perfect!!!

Thank you sooo much for my stay, everything was perfect but most importantly the host was amazing!!! Quick response to everything! He helped me out with a late check out and sadly I took the keys with me and he was soo understanding and advised me through the process to return it!! It was just perfect and never added to my stress… thank you soo soo much
