Excellent location for our visit. Clean apartment, easy to access and street parking straightforward.
All info was provided by email. No need for phone calls also (as it happened I missed them anyway) - it was just a one night stay

The apartment was very clean and close to great food places in Kelham. They were able to accommodate us at extremely short notice and made the transaction so easy. Would definitely stay at Avo Apartments again 😃

The £50 cleaning cost that was included we understood but that kind of cost should include skirting boards and check for dust webs on the ceiling. Overall very clean though just if they are paying for a cleaning service they could be a little more detailed. Something they could look in to bur did not effect our stay.

Great location if wanting to be in the Kelham Island area.
Following the stay I raised several issues with the host, including:
• A freezer door that would not close
• A fridge door that would not close properly
• A broken bathroom door handle
• A faulty stairwell light which presented a safety concern
• An oven that would not function properly
• Dining seating for only six people despite the property being advertised for eight guests
• Blood stains on one of the beds
