Firstly the location was 5 minutes walk away from the wedding reception I attended.
Secondly the apartment was on the ground floor, (bonus as l was in heels).
Thirdly the apartment was designed perfectly. Everything we needed, clean and comfortable.
And not forgetting the earlier check in l required and the speedy response from the host as I didn't have my reading glasses on and couldn't read the instructions clearly to access the property. He was so patient and extremely helpful and respectful.

Great central location for Kelham island. The beds were super comfy and the hosts were very responsive with the check in details.
Some of the blinds let light into the bedroom so bring an eye mask if you are a light sleeper. It didn’t bother us though.

The apartment was modern, clean, tidy and well equipped. The location made it perfect for exploring both the city centre and the Kelham Island area.

Great location if wanting to be in the Kelham Island area.
Following the stay I raised several issues with the host, including:
• A freezer door that would not close
• A fridge door that would not close properly
• A broken bathroom door handle
• A faulty stairwell light which presented a safety concern
• An oven that would not function properly
• Dining seating for only six people despite the property being advertised for eight guests
• Blood stains on one of the beds
