Comfortable stay a short distance from very nice town of Hathersage
Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, enclosed garden, walks from the back fence.

Amazing place for outdoor and indoor activities
Our favourite was playing board games with friends in front of the fireplace. The house is in a private garden which you can enjoy the sunshine. The location is very close to hiking pathways. We felt like home.
Finding the address was a bit tricky. Google map showed a point 500m away. But we figured it out easily.

An enjoyable family weekend
Like - quirky, well equipped, warm and comfortable Dislike - location - on main road, directions poor and trying to find the property on a very busy main road on a Friday afternoon was challenging as the postcode is not accurate and the property is a long way out of Hathersage.

Wonderful place to rest and relax and stay warm in freezing weather.
Very comfortable and well equipped cottage. We liked the location with the potential for amazing walks from the cottage. Sadly, the weather was atrocious, freezing cold and wet! However, the excellent central heating kept us warm.
The courtyard outside the entrance was full of dead leaves, which we felt should have been swept up. Some of the gravel in the parking area had fallen onto the steep access steps causing a potential trip hazard. We were surprised that the steep stone staircase in the cottage wasn’t carpeted.

Location great...lots off great walks.loved it.
Wall on main road side bottom right side of garden needs rebuilding dogs could have jumped on to main road. But otherwise everything was good 👍
