A nice base for a family holiday. Would recommend.

The property was clean and tidy and largely well presented. The location was good for us. Communications were good.

There were some minor fit and finish issues in the property, but nothing that would spoil a stay. I am sure the owner knows what I am talking about.

For 10 peoples only have one toilet.kitchen lights are not work properly..Kitchen bin was not cleaned and very bad smelly from inside ..staff only put a new bin bag without cleaned properly..And only one parking space available..

Cheap, basic, simple accommodation in a convenient location

Great location, with plenty of street parking. Suitable number of beds and bedrooms for what we needed. Basic, simple accommodation

Whilst simple and basic it did feel a little run down - bathroom especially. Clean but not the cleanest. No oven glove/cloth and only one team towel for a 5 night stay. Bedding was fresh but the bedrooms smelt a little of stale smoke - we had the windows open a lot (which was ok as the property was quite warm). Could have done with an additional toilet given there was 9 of us

Pictures were deceiving.

Location was great - lots of places we wanted to visit within the Peak District were all within a 30 minute drive of the house. There were also great amenities near by the house, as well as a nice variety of restaurants in the nearby town.

Pictures seem to be a little deceiving, the property felt run down and could have done with a proper clean and a freshen up - for example, the bathroom sink was clogged and there was lots of rubbish behind the headboards and under the beds in the rooms. The property advertises being able to host 10, however the living room set up wouldn’t really ever accommodate for 10 and the dining table only seats 4. Also only one mirror in the entire house - which I imagine is annoying if 10 people stayed! The kitchen also lacked some basic utensils and supplies.

A great base for visiting family. Comfortable, bright and well equipped. Good clear communication from the owner.

Beautifully decorated making it bright and airy. Really well supplied with everything we needed.

The beds were a bit on the soft side for our liking but that’s all we could possibly find fault with

A fab space to stay for a large group!

The property was really lovely, the large living room was great, the shower was surprisingly powerful considering it was a mixer tap and the decor was very cute. The friends who utilised the sofa bed found it very comfortable. The outdoor space was fab. We had pretty much everything we needed taken care of. We felt it was ideal for the purpose of our stay which was two nights long.

With a large group like ours only having one bathroom was a little bit of an issue, we thought there’d be a second loo which would have helped. In the bathroom a bath mat would also have been a big help as with so many people taking showers and the water pressure being very strong we ended up having to put a towel down on the floor to prevent anyone slipping. Some mirrors in the bedroom would have been really useful as there was just a mirror in the one bathroom which slowed us down getting ready!

Good value money . But needs address couple issues .

Price & location

Some windows didn’t open . Bathroom shower head had to hold in hand while showered & no non slip mat or fan or window opened . So steamed up & only mirror in whole house. No parking on the street at all when we returned back at night . Had 3 cars as a place for 5 people . Not good at all 🥴🥴

Fine but I wouldn't choose to go back.

It was easy to find and a convenient location for us. We were just using it as a place to sleep on a work trip so barely used anything but the bedrooms and bathroom. It was clean and on the surface everything looked fine.

There was a horrible smell of urine in the place, in the bathroom and in the bedroom I slept in. In the other bedroom my colleague could smell vomit. If 10 people had stayed there I'm not surprised. It didn't look like a party house on the surface but 10 people sharing 1 toilet....? Had to have the window wide open to be able to sleep in there - chilly given it was -4 outside! The house is a new build, floors very creaky and walls paper thin, beds very soft but generally ok.
