Very attentive host. Spacious, clean and comfortable. There were two bedrooms. One had a very soft springy bed, the other a sort of memory foam bed which we found much more comfortable. I think both beds were a large double or king sized. Quiet bedrooms. Quite a good number of parking spots available but it is busy. Thermostat and temperature control was very easy to manage.
Well kitted out kitchen with a full sized fridge freezer and a washing machine with detergent. Iron and ironing board. TV uses Miracast so you can cast from some mobile phones.
Some issues with the shower which I'm not sure have been fixed. It went from warm to freezing cold. The host then tweaked some settings and it managed to stay hot for 5 mins before becoming scalding hot.

Comms was perfect, and the place was easy to find. The location was perfect, just what we needed to be just outside the city centre for the Sheffield half-marathon.
Parking was limited - we were advised of this though, and that we could park on the street although there were double-yellow lines everywhere so we weren't able to do this. We were also advised that we could park on the left side of the driveway, which we did, but then received a note saying that the council bin collectors couldn't get up the driveway to the wastebins. We were not aware of this and simply followed instructions.
Access to the apartment was tricky. There were 3 locks on the door so not clear which one is the main one. The main lock was also incredibly loose, and tricky to open/pull the key out.
We also had a towel with a horrible brown stain on it. At least, we hope it was a stain!
