Comfortable and a great location. Plenty of parking and just a short walk into the city centre. Enough coffee that I never ran out! Any issues were sorted with a quick message.
When I arrived I did not have anywhere to hang my clothes. This was sorted promptly with a quick message. To be honest I feel that 2 double beds in the same room was not great. With the space available it would be better to have 2 sofa beds in the living room and have wardrobes and drawers in the main bedroom. As this would appeal to more people overall and would give the storage to the 6 people it is advertised for.
As a single business traveller it did not affect me but I could see that it would to others.
For me personally it would not stop me staying again, it is more for feedback.

Liked the location and how close it was to where we needed to be, and that it was pet friendly.
The entry code was the wrong one, and it took us more than 30 minutes to get the new one (this is also a complaint about Booking.com and how impossible they make it to contact them). The welcome message tells you where to park, but NOT that you also need the parking permit that is found in the flat. When people are staying at the flat above, every step they make feels like someone is jumping on your head.
