Stylish & Spacious 3 Bed Apartment with Parking

Spacious, clean and perfect location to explore Peak District.

The property was spacious, clean, modern and well maintained with excellent facilities throughout. Good standards of interior decor, plus multiple bathrooms. The real godsend was the allocated parking space right outside, which avoided any need to fight for spaces on the steep streets around the house. The location is superb - right on the doorstep of the lovely botanical garden, and right in the heart of the Eccleshall Road area, which offers a wide choice of great shops and eateries within easy walking distance. Walking into the city is very possible (took us about 40 minutes). Washing machine in the property was another very handy addition for our trip. We would certainly use this property again in the future.

Just very minor nits. There was an ironing board but we never found an iron. (There might have been one hiding somewhere). A microwave in the kitchen would have been handy. We found the front door a bit fiddly to unlock sometimes. Receipt of check-in details (key safe code + other instructions) was a bit last-minute - it would be nice to receive those at least 1 full day before travelling.

Very well presented, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, great for 3 independent adults. Good location, close to cafés, restaurants and supermarkets.

I probably should have researched a little more as the steel staircase up to the apartment was a little precarious for 3 older people. Maybe a better supply of crockery, glasses and cutlery would be helpful. We got by for 3 people though. Over all, we were very pleased with the apartment. Thank you!
