Location was good.
Nice and and quiet area.
Modern decor.
Spacious.
Basic amenities provided.
Good communication with host.
Little things like squeaky floorboards/door handles.
Mattresses a bit on the soft side.
However in reality its all quite minor, overall the stay was pleasant.

The house was very well equipped for our needs and we had a lovely weekend staying there.
Only thing is we would have liked a second comfy sofa (we were a group of 6 adults).

The property was clean & tidy.
Rooms were spacious & had everything we needed.
The nights we stayed the neighbours were up late & slightly rowdy but not a reflection off the property or the host.

Beautifully decorated and well equipped.quiet location.ability to control heating.beds comfortable and great shower.very comfortable and welcoming.very central for shops,trams,takeaways etc loved everything apart from lack of parking.
There was NO off street parking which was annoying as this was the main reason we booked.this house .there is an enclosed front garden.The house next door had a small slope out front which we had to walk across to get to our property.there were always cars in this spot or across the entryway.no signs or info showing where parking should be.
Not enough comfortable seating in the lounge for more than 2 or 3 people.
