Great communication before and during the stay.
Thoughtful details in the kitchen mean you can actually cook a meal from scratch.
Comfy pillows and bed, nice towels.
Nothing.
A side lamp around the bed/some softer lighting would be nice in the evening

Great location, right in the centre of Sheffield.
Comfortable bed.
The facilities were pretty good, we found everything we needed at the property.
The flat was uncomfortably hot, and the window barely opened, so we were unable to cool the apartment to a comfortable temperature, despite it being cool outside. I had to turn off the towel rail using the fusebox as there was no off switch.
The sofa was visibly dirty.
Shower water pressure very poor.
