This was my second time staying here and it’s one of my favourite places to book when I’m working in Sheffield. The apartment has everything you need. & they actually provide you with enough toilet roll for your stay compared to other places where you end up having to buy necessities. The hosts were extremely accommodating when my work plans changed. They allowed me to extend my stay and also checkout late.

Location was perfect walking distance from everything short taxi ride from station (£6) room was lovely , everything we needed for our 2 night stay ,it was perfect I can't wait to book again next year

Beautiful, clean and in a central location 👌🏽

It was really clean, and in a solid location 👌🏽. The host was very hospitable and responsive with messages. She also accommodated our checkout time because we had a late train out of Sheffield. I would definitely reccomend.

The studio had the kitchen right opposite the bed, which isn't really a problem if you're not cooking. I'll reccomend the 1 or 2 beds if you intend cooking something in the kitchen, or just leaving the windows open.

Would definitely stay here again

Super clean , comfortable bed. Location right in city center . Parking right behind for 7.25 for 24 hours ..( Can come and go as you please just keep the ticket ) . Bedroom was quiet . Shower powerful. Book you won't be disappointed

Central location is brilliant; easy to park nearby; great soundproofing - really quiet although on a popular road; check in process was easy and clear; loved the balcony; apartment had everything we needed.

Easy and comfortable stay

Location was perfect to go and explore the city on foot.

Front apartments very noisy especially on a Friday and Saturday with a big bar opposite kicking out people at 4-5am! Bring earplugs!

The cleaning issue, there is not room service to clean the apartment, it’s serviced apartment. If they would come and clean it 2to 3 times at least during my 8 nights stay

Nice unit, good location

Comfortable and clean unit, had everything we needed and walkable to most places. Good communions easy access. There was some building works happening but did not impact us at all. Parking opposite the building. The unit was quite warm and can only open the window a few centimetres but the pedestal fan helped a lot

I always look to book this apartment when I come to visit my son who us studying at Sheffield Uni

Clean and comfortable studio apartment with a comfy bed with clean linen and a clean bathroom and shower -all I needed really.

Would be nice to provide small milk sachets as tea/coffee available, but I had to nip out a buy milk.

Lovely weekend stay, so glad with my decision

Love key property made the experience so welcoming through their thoughtfulness. Through helium balloon for my partners birthday. Bed was super comfy and smart TV, and adored the feature of the towel heater

The water pressure could be slightly stronger, but that’s my personal preference

Excellent, would definitely visit again!

Pretty much everything! Had everything you need, great, location for the Sheffield Doc Fest, lots of coffee and grocery shops nearby. Overall, clean and spacious and comfortable!

There was a bit of confusion before I arrived about whether my booking would be cancelled. But this got sorted last minute so it was okay in the end and the person coordinating everything was nice.

Scaffolding around the building we was not made aware of this on booking could not take any nice pictures very disappointing and underneath.

The location was great with easy access to shops and restaurants.

Just because it was very hot, the 1st night was a bit uncomfortable, but that is not really against the property itself. The freezer could use a defrost and ice cube trays, but I bought one for the next guests to use.

Superb location, great place to stay.

Really great location, lots of good food and drink places nearby, and close to all you need in the centre. Apartment was really well equipped - fridge, iron, washing machine, tv, teas and coffees. Was very grateful for the fan - it was 30 degrees when I stayed.

Location was good, quite noisy at night but it is a city. Apartment is a good size and well maintained. Good communication with host. If ever we are back in Sheffield would consider booking again.

An ideal choice for central Sheffield.

The location was absolutely brilliant. Within easy walking distance to everywhere we needed to be. NCP car park an easy walk - but not there are no lifts in this car park so a struggle with luggage. Apartment clean, modern with everything needed. Very quiet with almost no noise from other residents.

The “kerb appeal” was distinctly lacking. Brand new building, but covered in scaffolding, which would also mean privacy/noise would be a real issue if travelling when construction was being undertaken. Also pretty untidy outside.

Only problem we had was people outside being noisy in the early hours, although we had the window open. Can’t blame the hotel for that, but just something to keep in mind.

I wouldn't bother looking for other accommodation for my next Sheffield stay; I'd just choose KSpace

As bright and clean in the common areas (nice fresh smell as you enter the building) as in the flat itself. Thoughtful provision of facilities (espresso maker, for example, complete with enough 'pods' for my stay!). Excellent, very central location (cathedral, town hall..).

Small points, but having provided an espresso machine, some suitable cups would have been nice, rather than drinking short coffees out of large heavy mugs. Curtain tracks need some lubricatrion/French chalk (awkward to pull - curtain rod wanted to collapse).

Dog friendly fab central location

Location was great. We had a dog and they are dog friendly. Spacious. Had all we needed. Our place didn’t have a balcony but that was fine.

Not much really. As everyone else has commented there is quite a noisy bar across the street. Bring ear plugs. But I’ll take that for the location.

Good apartment but noisy boiler

Good location & clean

The boiler was very noisy so struggled to sleep. It seemed to be constantly on even though it looked as though it was set to timer. See photos attached. There was scaffolding up at the windows so not a great view. I wasn't aware of the building work until I had completed payment. Fortunately it was a Bank Holiday weekend so no work was taking place during my stay. Not as nice as the apartment I previously stayed at in this building.

Very comfortable and convenient.

Smart flat on the 1st floor with generous balcony. Nice bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed with good pillows. Close to the city centre. Convenience store very close by.

The area is very lively and quite rowdy at weekends but soundproofing was very good. Copies of instructions for appliances would be useful.

Good apartment, close to town.

Good communication from the hosts from the point of booking. It was a very convenient location, very central and close to the train station. The property was very clean.

Our apartment was right next to the main door and we could hear slamming from very early in the morning. As the property is very close to bars etc and out apartment faced the Main Street, it was quite noisy at the weekends until about 3am.
