Location was spot on - round the corner from my daughter's university accomodation in a nice quiet leafy neighbourhood. The layout is spacious and open plan yet cosy, very clean with lovely modern feel. I appreciated the fact there teabags + coffee were available.
A couple of small purchases would make the experience even better. There were no water/juice glasses, so everything had to be drunk from large wine glasses. Not ideal. Also, there is no chair in the bedroom, so nothing to put your clothes on.

Spacious rooms, nicely and freshly decorated and furnished, a comfy bed and sofa with great views and a good location for our visit to Sheffield. Clean with new and modern amenities.
for the premium price I would have expected flexibility on being able to leave our cases at the property earlier than check in time, it would have been good to have milk, yorkshire tea, a cleaner shared entrance and no drain smell. Better signs for which flat it was on entering and which key box to use. The shower was older and stiffer to use than the quality of the rest of the amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is clean and well equipped with stylish, modern decor. The area is nice with a pretty park around the corner. Parking is metered, but we had no problem finding a space close to the property and there was no charge for parking Saturday and Sunday at the time of our visit.
