Great location.
Decent space. Fairly well stocked kitchen. Free Parking. Great location for the Arena and the train station.
Very cold. No hot water in the morning for a shower No cafetiere or coffee filter jug. No floor mat in entrance to wipe dirty shoes. Thin duvets. Very soft and uncomfortable pillows.

Great host, good property.
We’ve stayed in the property previously under the original owners and it was good to see not much has changed (except for the addition of a few extra beds!) as the property is easy, comfortable and in a quiet location. The new host is a shining example of what great customer service is - attentive and prompt and always helpful. The property also now has a double air fryer which made our stay much easier and is a great addition. Would definitely recommend both host and property.
Not much to dislike. Very occasional noise from downstairs is the only remote negative I can think of but even that wasn’t bad and not exactly loud!

Good in so many ways
Upon first entering the property we were very pleased by the exceptional level of cleanliness throughout. The layout, furnishings and decor were of a very high standard, every minute detail seemed to have been taken care of . The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was clean, aesthetically pleasing and fully functional. We were very much looking forward to a wonderful stay
Unfortunately our overall experience was unexpectedly spoiled the next morning upon trying to have a shower. After standing under the shower an inordinate amount of time waiting for the water to heat up, and despite having finely adjusted the thermostat it remained unrelentingly cold. To say this was disappointing is an understatement. After shivering for at least another 10 mins only a slight warmth had finally come through, which went cold again less than a minute later. Before finally, after yet another inordinately long wait it became too hot. With such unpredictability and varying temperatures, unsurprisingly nobody else showered.
