Horrible, I refused to stay and booked a different place.

I had to leave the property because of severe mould. The owner has still not refunded my deposit and by the seems of it is now refusing to make the refund. The place does not look nothing like in the pictures. Absolute joke, deserves negative stars!!

Great regardless

Very comfortable, cozy. Perfect location to be honest.

Extremely strong smell of cigarettes, not a nice odour. Had to spray perfume everywhere in the apartment.

Beautiful room. Very stylish. Has everything you need. Great location

Needs some TLC - bathroom was probably the worse room in terms of cosmetic issues. Floor was blown, hole in the wall, missing tiles in the shower. Damp in walls Kitchen: cupboard doors were loose. Drawers under the bed were broken and had dropped. Could probably do with a heating upgrade. Room was really cold on arrival and took a while to warm up I feel slightly overpriced but a stunning room with the issues above corrected

THIS IS A SCAM, I had the worst night ever and still no refund BOOKING.COM

THIS IS A SCAM PROPERTY!!!!! IT DOESN'T EXIST!!! What's more is that Booking.com are incapable of dealing with SCAMs. They have not vetted this property, it is in the dodgiest place and as a lone female I was left with nowhere to stay in Sheffield!!! AVOID Booking.com at all costs and find a reliable source for a hotel!!! They do not care one bit! Yes the scammers are going to say it was all fine!!! Great work Booking.com

Free parking outside.

Absolute hellhole. Nothing opulent about the place whatsoever. Everything was broken and dirty and really shabbily executed. We even had to go and buy new pillows as the two on the bed were completely flat and had stains all over the cases.

Easy entry,The apartment was beautiful, and we had everything we needed or wanted. Extremely clean

Only minor but although the bed was very comfortable,being up against the wall meant I had to try and climb over my partner in the night to use the facilities,and for some strange reason a man knocked on the door in the morning looking for someone smoking!my partner and I dont smoke so it was very odd,but didn't really detract from our excellent stay

Was nothing opulent about it. Small bed space, bedding was all creased and looked unkempt. Bathroom was tiny.

Disappointing

The location was good for the 90’s fest.

Missing tiles in the bathroom mould on the bathroom ceiling. The back of the bathroom door looks like someone has had a fight sigh it! The flooring in the bathroom and throughout has been rushed and it’s not level under your feet. The grouting is messy everywhere. I reported unexplained water on the bathroom floor, staff didn’t seem that bothered. Paint is chipped in places. The bed is really uncomfortable and some of the springs were digging in to us. Considering it’s called “opulence studios” we found it to be the complete opposite! The responses to questions were quick though.

We left early and went home drug users outside the property when leaving people shouting and screaming the door to the apartment was just blow out window Property it’s self is uncomfortable with white stains on the walls where the bed is and handprints The bedding was clean but the pillows was diabolical Still waiting on a £100 deposit refund

Perfect location

Ideal for Bramall lane and 15 min walk to the town. Parking was easy and free outside but it was a Sunday. Studio had everything we needed. Asda short walk across the road if you want to stock up on food for room. Also KFC opposite on main road.

Hall on route to the room did smell of wacky baccy 😬, but was fine in our room and didn’t effect the stay.

Trying to be something different

Great location

- Blocked toilet which wasn’t fixed, left having to use an alternate toilet in another room (not ideal, pregnant wife) - Smell of cannabis throughout the property (understandably out of the hosts control) - Bed wasn’t the best I can go on with negatives but they have already been highlighted many times All of the above have been mentioned in previous reviews and the host seems oblivious and too arrogant to address the issues. £100 depo was kept by the host for “blocking” the toilet.

Nice decor and good vibe, felt homely.

The shower is wired backwards (have to turn it onto cold for hot water to come out), the door didn’t shut properly and the toilet seat lid wasn’t attached to the toilet, and the shower head didn’t have a holder either.

Very compact but had every thing and more. Nicely decorated. Very quiet room. I could hear the river running alongside the hotel. They also left toiletries, washing up liquid and tea towels.

Bed was in an alcove, could only be accessed one side. The bathroom could do with a freshen up.

The heat was absolutely stifling and there was no air con. Also the bed was so small not fit for anyone over 5ft never mind a couple.

DO NOT STAY HERE

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, there was nothing we liked.

We walked in, the property was covered in Dust, the bedding smelt disgusting it definitely hadn’t been changed since the last people stayed here, the cushions were falling apart. Wallpaper hanging off the ceiling and walls, mould on the shower, it was dirty. Radiator hanging off the wall the only way to describe this place for the price of £119 would be that it looked like a hostel. The location is dreadful, the building itself was dirty getting to the studio flat which also explains why the flat looks like it does. This property took a £100 deposit on top of our £119 in case of any damage or leaving it a mess but you CANNOT ask for a deposit when the place looks like it does it won’t let me add more photos but so many more!

Lovely studio with everything I needed to make for a great stay, nice & quiet, comfy bed with fresh bedding & towels, decent shower, large tv with Netflix & a comfy sofa to relax on at the end of my day. Prompt communication with my queries throughout, thank you!

Accommodation lacked care and cleanliness

The standard of cleaning was poor. Toilet seat was loose, bathroom had hairs on the wall. Stain on a rug next to the bed looked liked blood. Bedding had a hair inside cover and pillow case had a black mark.

Stay - Fail

The furniture in the apartment was old and in poor condition. The chairs were broken, and the curtain pole was half-broken, making it difficult to open the curtains properly. On the second day of my stay, there was a water leakage through the ceiling in the bathroom. As a result, I couldn't use the bathroom until the building manager sent me to another unit. The second unit was better, but unfortunately, the toilet seat fell off.

Great stay in a lovely appartment

Lovely apartment, super clean and comfortable. We were sent Very clear check in details. Just a very easy 15 min walk from the centre and a 20 min drive to meadow hall.

Parking wasn’t the easiest there are only a couple at the front of the apartment and most of the streets close by have timed permit zones of 8am - 6pm how ever we managed to find some in a nearby street just a few min walk away
