Very cozy new apartment and clean, close to a market, well located, the hosts were very attentive… everything was wonderful, I highly recommend it and will definitely be back soon.

I only had a problem with the heater, which isn't working very well, but nothing they can't fix.

Value for money , would definitely stay again.

Value for money, location is great close to everything, contact the host for early/ late check in/ check out and they will do their best to arrange it for you.

It wasn’t a big issue when I stayed but I would ask the host to keep an eye on cleanliness of the property including sheets and towels .

Nothing unclean properly with yellow stains on pillows and blankets

The staff booked me inn first then ask for £100 deposit and when I ask for cancellation they told me pay half cost and it was huddle to go through £100 deposit paper work once I got into property it was unclean with yellow stains on pillows and walls staff is very rude not helpful at all very unprofessional people

Fantastic apartment, disappointed by the building though, such a shame.

Lovely apartment, beautifully presented and super comfortable. Tea, coffee and sugar and even milk sachets provided. Washing up liquid and sponge too, and towels. Lovely staff, very accommodating. Accessible for me as a disabled person with a walker. Spacious and with a ramp up to the building. Easy to access the key etc.

The noise from the people upstairs banging around all night, people smoking drugs in the building and people outside the window being aggressive. It's been so hot but couldn't have the window open overnight for safety. The apartment is beautifully presented, clean and comfortable. It's such a shame that the building itself let it down and I appreciate there's not much can be done about other people in their property, maybe lower the price to reflect, however, I'm aware this may have just been a bad week too.

Excellent location, plenty of facilities and brilliant hosting - can't fault 10 stars

Easy to find in a great location for Bramwell Lane football stadium. Free evening parking right outside. Food outlets and shops nearby. Host fixed an issue with the shower on a Sunday (electrician needed) allowing us to get on with our evening event and have a warm shower in the morning. 10/10 for that! Communication was excellent too. Thanks.

Great for an overnight stay

A short walk from Bramall Lane so very convenient. Property was clean, had everything we needed. Secure parking was worth paying extra for. Great communication on how to access the garage and property.

Not sure if there was a problem with the shower tray but water didn’t drain away properly. Not a big issue!

Very disappointing

Excellent customer service from booking to departure.

The apartment was very disappointing and neglected looking. There was a broken window, dead plants, cheap units which were covered in laminated plastic and it needed a good clean. The kitchen utensils were all greasy and dirty, there were no tea towels, dishcloths or chopping boards. The shower controls were on upside down and the toilet seat broken. The whole block smelt of marujana. I could go on. Suffice to say, will not be returning.
