Nice compact apartment

Clean, quiet residential area, next to the river, close to the shops. Helpful staff.

No washing machine and at the beginning I was told if I wanted to check in 1 hour earlier it is £10 but I was charged £20.

First class. Perfect!

Amazing. Less than 10 minutes walk to football stadium. Bars, shops and restaurants nearby. Beautiful apartment. Everything we needed and more.

Facilities, location and decently spacious for a studio apartment

Lot of noise from the top floor all through the night, couldn’t sleep for hours due to the noise. I did raise the concern with the management but and not much helped. Eventually I got £15 refund as a compensation.

Not a good place to stay.

The agents could not be contacted for 2 days. I had to go through booking.com to get in contact. The bed was very small and jammed against a wall. I had to crawl over my partner to get out. All the facilities were very basic.

Convenient apartment with kitchen facilities

Convenient location, quite near to the train station with a small amount of free on street parking. Walkable to city centre. Handy for car chargers at KFC across the road. Being able to cook. The kitchen area is very small limited worktop for food prep) but there was a reasonable amount of pans, plates, chopping boards, etc. The apartment is nicely furnished and the bed is quite comfortable.

It would be good to have a bit more in terms of cloths/spray/teatowels/kitchen roll for cleaning up when cooking. Curtains are quite thin - it would be better if there were some blackout blinds behind them, as is the case in some of the other apartments in the building.

My stay was very pleasant

It was nice to buy food for our meals and cook in the same way do at home

Well at first it was a first time to book an apartment so I had no idea how to enter the building .But been in contact with the virtual assistant Nina was brilliant at her job of assisting me . So everything went well in the end Thankyou

Bad service, “if they care” they can improve it.

Smells like someone was cooking, bad one. Small bed, should be a double one!! No slippers. Very expensive cleaning fees, and does not reflect well n the cleanliness. Delayed check in and very delayed responses from the team.

It was a good location, all the amenities were there. Nice decor. Parking available. The apartment was fair for the price.

Needed to be abit more clean, alot of flies and spiders in the apartment. Sofa was broken. We were on ground floor so no good views.

Nothing impressed me about this place. It was plain and no extras at all for a price of nearly £300 for two nights.... would not recommend this place at all.

Dirty sheets, leaking toilet.. charged an extra £100 just hours before we arrived, even after paying two weeks in advance. Then when we could smell smoke and cannabis in the room when we arrived, actually had the gaul to accuse us of this as my partner smokes roll ups, she made them on the table and when we cleaned the place and put rubbish in the bin, used this to say it was proof we had smoked in their apartment...and keeped our £100 deposit!!!... I'm an ex police officer and extremely angry I have been accused of this... awaiting Booking .com for complaint.. Will not recommend this place at all....

Great apt & location

Quiet location close to the city & Bramall Lane. clean & compact, had everything I needed for a 15 day stay. Everything worked well - the heating, shower etc. Paid parking recommended too.

Had a street view rather than a River Sheaf view.

Visited for a football match at Sheffield United and location is superb for the requirement.

Nice room with good facilities. A few minor improvements would make a difference. Good location for Sheffield United football matches. Excellent number of power points.

TV remote batteries were dead so replaced them myself. Shower settings somewhat fiddly.
