The location was very convenient, check in was safe and secure with key fob in lock box.
There was an issue with something in the bathroom but the host fixed this with their engineer very quickly

The door to the shower was a bit difficult to manoeuvre. Might consider greasing the edge/ replacing it.

The location and the proximity with malls
The fact that the staff always increases the rent while the apartment on itself is not really perfect ( things are broken, furnitures are not neat and wardrobes are not able to be closes.. heater does not work, cutlery are not sharp )
The cleaning was not done properly at our entrance and during our stay the staff had never considered that we were the one who did our own cleaning during our stay in the amount they appeal to be paid for more than two month ..
And despite the fact that we stayed there for a long time we haven’t really been granted for reduced for loyalty and that until the last day
Moreover they are asking for 100£ deposit to be able to charge you for an eventual issue just to be able to take the money from you in case their used furnished became spoilt during your stay .. by that way it’s easy to replace thing by used furnished and to keep the 100£ deposit.
