Updated Review 20.08.2025 Regrettably, I must revise my previous review. Despite the company’s response below, I have not received any refund to date. I was informed that the payment would be processed last week; however, this has not occurred. I have followed up once again regarding the refund, continued lack of action. We were extremely disappointed and concerned by the state of the accommodation, which fell far below any acceptable standard of cleanliness or safety. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the house was filthy. Our distress grew when we saw our young niece, who had been crawling on the floor, become covered in thick black filth — an utterly shocking and unhygienic situation. This alone was enough to demonstrate the unacceptable state of the property. The bathroom extractor fans were also caked in black dirt, clearly not cleaned or maintained for some time. Additionally, the windows and door handles throughout the house were visibly dirty and neglected. Despite the listing stating that the property was pet-friendly, the exterior conditions made it entirely unsuitable. The grass was overrun with weeds, and to our alarm, the pathway contained shards of broken glass — posing a serious hazard to both pets and people. Due to the filthy state of the floors, we spent the entirety of our first night scrubbing them. Despite going over them six times, the water remained black and murky, showing just how poorly the house had been cleaned prior to our arrival. We were also forced to purchase cleaning supplies out of our own pocket in order to partially clean the property ourselves — something that should never be expected of paying guests. Adding to the discomfort, the property was advertised as accommodating up to 8 people, yet there were only 6 very small mugs provided — clearly insufficient and inconvenient for a group of our size. We are incredibly disappointed by the misleading information and unacceptable cleanliness standards of this property.
