Modern, comfortable, central location with good secure parking 200 metres away

Below ground with no window. Immediate surroundings a bit dingy but that added to it somehow

No car parking. Didn't meet any staff so can't rate.

Fantastic location. Close to trams and all local amenities. The room itself was clean and had all the expected items (shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, towels etc) Everything was clean and tidy. The room was perfect for a couple, and even had a small kitchenette with fridge, which is definitely a huge benefit in the summer.

Distinct lack of communication. I was very confused that the security deposit hadn’t been taken. This lead me to believe that my booking hadn’t been confirmed. I’d read in previous reviews that this property had often been overbooked, and therefore I was scared that this had happened to me as well. I tried contacting the host several times before the check-in day about this but the call either went straight to voicemail, or just rang out. I was just hoping that the booking was still valid and the security deposit was not required. Another point is that the check-in information is sent out on the day of check-in. This caused some concern, because I hadn’t received anything that morning. I kept checking my emails, but nothing had been sent. So, I sent a message to the host via the booking.com app asking about check in. I heard nothing for a few hours, so I became very concerned. Eventually, I received the check-in information about 15 minutes before the check-in time. If you’re looking for an early check-in, I would avoid this place because they do not respond and it just doesn’t seem to be an option.

We were given incorrect instructions to access the property. No natural light Musty smell No microwave plate or toaster - poor self catering set up. Tv didn’t work WiFi signal was poor
