The location and proximity of necessary pf places of interest
Some of the facilities were not properly tidy. Noticed s stain on one of the bed sheets.

Great location. Great communication from the host, really helpful. Flat is In centre of Sheffield but in a quiet bit. Apartment was very secure. We were on top floor. No noise from other flats. Really comfy beds.
Not a dislike but it was on the top floor so lots of flights of stairs flat 7 and 8 at the top. No lift. So if you aren’t fit or have mobility issue then aim for one of the flats lower down

1. The online staff was very cooperative
2. The location is very good, just 5 minutes' walk you will be in the centre.
3.Two Toilet, which can't be found in most flats .
4. The security is very good
1. No A/C in all the flats. But they provided small fans and changed our flat from 3 floor to first floor ,was cooler than the other.
2. No life in the building, it was difficult to carry 4 big luggages to 3rd floor .
3. The door of one toilet was missing ,removed for repair. They should repair any damage before renting the flat, but they changed the flat the next day .

Ensuite in each room didn't need to share bathroom, good time saver. Also gated carpark.
Windows were difficult to lock once opened. Bit noisy. Lots of stairs, no lift.
