It would not take much thought or investment to make this a lovely property!

Great location. Plenty of toilet paper

Only superficially clean. Furniture cheap, shabby and uncomfortable. Poorly equipped (eg 2 plates, 2 mugs, 3 spoons) Horrible microfibre towels.

Value for money stay in a great location.

Great location, nice flat, responsive host.

The flat is missing some everyday items that would make stays more comfortable eg. coat hooks, lounge lamp, dish cloth, dish brush, tea towels, etc. - small items yes but they make a difference. I left a list of improvements in the flat. Incidentally the kettle is dangerous (broken lid) as is the yellow chair (broken back) and induction hob (degraded). We couldn't make the oven work - not sure if broken or previous attempts by stayers have disrupted sequences and controls. There should be a welcome booklet which explains how the oven works and other key info. The TV signal quality also seems very poor. Basically, the flat is in a great location and could be much more attractive & appealing with more care and attention.

No heating or hot water, apartment was for 4 people that were booked in, only 1 wine glasss, insufficient cutlery for 4 people and seating in the room was insufficient again a 2 seater settee and an arm chair for 1, how do 4 people sit down together ?

Disgraceful behaviour by landlord

Amazing for the money - comfy, cosey, and conveniently located.

Nearly everything, the location, the size, the underfloor heating in the bathroom, the decor - all that for the money was amazing!!!

The door to the shower could close properly, and I was a bit conscious of that - but the bathroom did not get wet. Also the smell of food when I went in was quite strong.

Room was spotless. Warm on arrival which was lovely as it had snowed that morning. Very comfortable bed. Perfect for a short stay or long term. Will definitely be back.

Overall it is a decent apartment and I would recommend!

It was clean and tidy, had good facilities and nice and warm! The kettle was broken but the owner immediately got us a new one so that was very helpful and nice of him.

The area the property is at is very steep and hilly so it is quite difficult to walk to and can be unsafe.

There wasn’t a very good knife to cook/cut with which made it a bit tricky! Also be careful when turning on the kitchen tap as the pressure is strong and can splash everywhere

The location is excellent, right next to the church and the tram station. The room was spacious, and I especially loved their blankets because they were incredibly warm, which was perfect for winter.

Awful

There was a really bad water leak that was covered with a mat and made the whole place smell musty. The kettle only worked occasionally. A plate was chipped badly and the decor was tired. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked and the wooden door frame looked rotten. Overall not a great place to stay and I would not recommend it. Flat 4 19 campo lane

Incredible value-for-money stay with comfortable beds.

The property is in an exceptional location for city centre activities and the staff I spoke to were very helpful and courteous. The property was surprisingly low cost yet all the main items we needed were available. The beds were comfortable with lovely clean linen and the bathroom was in good condition. Everything was in good working order. There’s a Tesco express very nearby for all your essentials.

There was nothing not to like. I didn’t find an iron, which would have been useful. You could put a pint of milk in the fridge and leave a few tea, coffee and sugar sachets for arrivals if you wanted to enhance the experience. However, with Tesco so near by and the cost of the accomodation being so good, you may not want to do this.

Comfortable, convenient , spacious

Prime location of the property make it so easy and convenient. Tesco , lidl , Sainsbury everything is just a walk. Also fast food chains like Mcd , Burger King , GDK , subway is so near. The rooms were so spacious and felt like home.

Filthy. Smelt of smoke and urine. Sofa ripped up. Bedsheets dirty. Shower mould. Sticky kitchen surfaces. Mould on walls. Dead bugs everywhere. Oil dripping from extractor fan. Toilet leaking. Broken tiles. DIRTY!

Not like the pictures

The flat does not look anything like the pictures - the towels smelt clean but had stains on them. The bathroom was dirty. Zero amenities so you can't cook unless you want to buy everything - oil, salt and pepper, etc. No curtain on the window so expect to be woken up at the crack of dawn!

Super location and comfortable apartment.

Location in centre of Sheffield- warm - comfort able beds. A little dark outside at night as door light wasn’t working. It is down a small lane. Nice microwave, although didn’t use. Spacious. Fridge clean. Showers were brilliant.

Although we didn’t use the cooking facilities- the hob was cracked and the toaster had seen better days. No dishwasher tablets. Although we didn’t need to use as we ate out apart from breakfast.

From cannabis smell to a putrid, mouldy bathroom

Location

We arrived to a room that was very large and not like the photos of the room we booked. It smelt strongly of marijuana. We told staff and the “solution” offered was a can of toilet spray, while they said they couldn’t smell anything. The odour was obvious and lingered. The next day staff checked in, we said we could still smell it, and we were moved to the room we had actually booked. Somehow it got worse. The bathroom was covered in mould, smelt damp and dusty, and felt unsanitary. This room should not be in service until it’s properly cleaned and remediated. Based on this experience I can’t recommend staying here. Management needs to enforce a no-smoking policy, fix the mould issue, and make sure guests get the room type shown in the photos.

Exceptional value for five colleagues working in Sheffield; comfortable bed, hot shower and quiet with all required amenities in an excellent location.

Basic and not particularly welcoming. Providing What Three Words address is pointless as it gives a location 85 metres away.
