Plenty of space and good facilities. Surprisingly quiet at night for a city centre location. Simple check-in with good communication from the owners.
Carpets were stained and a few things broken, but to be expected for the price. Found the £50 deposit to a bank account a bit odd but it was fine, got my refund within about 12 hours.

Clean, tidy and comfortable
No tea and coffee or wine glasses. Also church bells ring loudly so not a place for a lie in!

- note you are required to bank transfer a deposit after paying for the accommodation in full as well as email a copy of a document with your age and name in advance otherwise you won’t be able to check in
- fridge noisy making it difficult to sleep - no window in the bathroom means it smells v musty - a bit dated
