Absolutely perfect position to explore Sheffield on foot.
Modern decor. Good tv. Clear instructions about entering and leaving, although a little complex to begin with. A lift to the 5th floor
The host was Really Really helpful and kind. Some nice welcome gifts...bottles of water, crisps etc and very good quality toiletry products.
No access to the property by car (except 6pm to 10am)
The nearest car park is only 6 minutes away but a bit of a trek if you have several bags.
The 2 rooms facing Fargate are incredibly noisy early morning 4am onwards, due to large lorries delivering to the shops.
Having said this my 12 year old grandson slept through it all!!
If you are a light sleeper, sleep at the back!

The property was nice and spacious. The location is central and convenient.
The property host behaved terribly from start to finish and beyond. He was rude and obnoxious. The main problem was that he wanted me to write a review before he would return my security deposit. When I refused, he kept a large amount of it citing damages that we hadn’t caused and did not exist when we left the property. He had no proof of damage but I have proof of him telling me that i could have my deposit back after I had written a review.
Booking.com have now refunded me my money.
