Very good value apartment

Well-sized apartment, comfy beds. Very good value for a 2 night stay. Kitchen well-equipped and very nice bathroom. Easy to check in

The oven wasn't working as well as it should have been - temperature did not get high enough. There was body wash provided but not dish soap? The headboards of the twin beds were broken, but they did not interfere with sleeping. The bath drain was evidently clogged and the water drained very slowly - this made taking showers unpleasant.

Overall, our stay was good for our needs and if the mattresses were improved to a better quality I would recommend these

The property was of a good overall standard, with all the things you’d expect to have in an apartment. It was clean and warm without having to put on the heating. Lounge/kitchen was of a good size, comfortable sofa and table seating area. Lovely views of the city and canal from the 6th floor. We experience no noise from neighbours or the building in general. Checking in instructions was easy with good clear communication. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi password which was promptly dealt with by speedy communication by the owners that fixed it.

Nothing to dislike but a few observations. Both bedrooms were on the smaller side but one recommendation would be to look at purchasing better quality mattresses. We all found them uncomfortable, very little support and being able to feel every spring. Only 4 coat hangers in each bedroom wardrobe which is not enough. Also the kitchen could do with a small draining board for when you only need to wash a few pots instead of using the dishwasher.

A very pleasant stay in an excellent location - would recommend

A very nice apartment in excellent location (we were at an event at Ponds Forge) Loved the extra large beds, hot shower, heated towel rail, living area layout, neutral decor. Good to find washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, soap and shower products. Well equipped kitchen. Apartment clean and fresh on arrival. Good communication from host. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

A few minor points: More cutlery would have been nice, as would a couple of occasional tables - as nowhere to put your cup of tea when sitting on the sofa. Sitting room would benefit from a bit more lighting.

How the staff dealt with me as I booked and paid for a 2 bed apartment and only got a 1 bed apartment said basically like it or find somewhere else and I was due as a concert within a hour so had no choice but to stay

Perfect accommodation for a swim meet at Ponds Forge

The property was well appointed and had everything we needed. It was within a short walking distance from Ponds Forge which was the reason for our stay so that was ideal.

It was very warm when we were there (not that the host could have done anything about the weather). A fan was provided in the living room and we opened the windows but it was still very warm. Perhaps additional fans for the bedrooms would have helped.

Great and comfortable stay – with parking challenge.

Spacious indeed, comfortable beds, quiet (although the construction site below made me worry). Hosts very quick in responding.

Challenge to acces the Parking with our Kia Sportage – very narrow corridor and parking spot. And we missed watching BBC (could only access Netflix – or did I just not look properly?).

The apartment was a good size and beds where comfortable. The location was great for what we needed.

Apartment is slightly run down and needs a refresh in a few areas. The kettle wasn't working either. I also thought being charged extra for parking was a bit much when it's clearly in with the apartment and we didn't realise there is an NCP car park opposite which is cheaper than what we paid!

A warm, spacious, and well-equipped apartment in Sheffield!

Stayed in a lovely, warm, and comfortable apartment in Sheffield with everything needed to feel at home. The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped, and the host was very thoughtful, even organizing parking for us. It was super convenient, with just a short 20-step walk from parking to the lift and the apartment—perfect after a busy day exploring. The place was spacious, which the kids really enjoyed, and there’s a big Tesco nearby for any essentials. Easy access to the Peak District, too.

Only downside was the location being a bit tricky; I ended up in a bus lane by mistake. Quick tip: always turn right when leaving the underground parking to avoid the same issue!

Modern apartment with good quality furnishings. Plenty of space for rental. Not far from city centre. Nice to have tea/coffee/milk (albeit UHT pots) on arrival & a pod for the dishwasher.

Area is a bit rough, I wouldn’t want to stay on my own. Apartment very hot & couldn’t always open the windows due to strong smell of weed from the flat below. Needs a few bits sorting e.g painting on some walls & black coating on bathroom fittings is all coming off so you can’t see which way to turn them. Some mould in the bathroom too which needs attention. Key box is not easy to open..took 2 of us to do it!

Apartment was fantastic. Bigger than expected and incredibly clean. Host was brilliant at communicating. Really easy car park very close to the apartment.

There was water coming in through the glass (the weather was atrocious) and the flat was rather too warm and couldn’t work out how to control the temperature.

the flat itself is comfortable and location is great.

spacious and clean. smells nice inside the flat and really comfortable. we did have a good night sleep. one thing I’d mention is that hot water stops at 23:30. you need to click the boost button in the utility room if that happens. no instruction but I have managed to figure it out, luckily.

outside of the flat has a bad smell. it doesn’t really matter that much however it’s a put off every time we go in and out of the flat. the lift was dirty too, some rubbish, an empty bottle and liquid spillage was there in the morning until we checked out. not sure if they have a cleaner in the vicinity. very tight parking space. if you have a big car, I wouldn’t recommend. I’m driving a SUV and it was a struggle going in and out of the car park.

Good location with good living area let down by uncomfortable bed

Good sized flat in central location, great view of the river. living area comfortable, kitchen area very small but includes a dishwasher. There was a washing machine. Two bedrooms had wardrobes and side cupboards but the flat was let down by the very uncomfortable mattress.

The mattress was very uncomfortable I slept on top of the duvet. There were only two wine glasses. Kitchen area very small and no storage space.

The flat was quiet, comfortable and well-equipped and close to the city centre – easily walkable from the station and there's a handy mini-supermarket at the bottom of the building. A really good base for three of us for a weekend, The wifi was very (when we'd figured out which codes to use!) and Sam the owner was really good about communicating with us. It was helpful to have the option of double or twin rooms.

One of the living room windows is cracked - it didn't look very safe. Instructions for which lock-box to use could have been clearer but Sam was available on the phone and very helpful when we rang her to check.

Great apartment. Warm and comfortable. My 10 month old couldn’t get enough of looking at the view out the window. Just a tip that the WiFi box is behind the coat rack (I couldnt find it 🤦‍♀️)
