Hilltop Serviced Apartments - Sheffield

I booked a flat with city view, we were given a flat with courtyard view. Despite highlighting the above to management Top Hill apartments, no effort was made to relocate us to another flat with city view. Checking in was straight forward and the undercroft car park was good. Location was great for us. The rooms are spacious each with it's own suite in addition to another toilet. The flat was generally clean. However, the sofa in the living area was not with all sort of things tucked between the soda cushions. It needs urgent deep clean . Overall,satisfied with apartment.

written information about recovering keys from the lockbox (RED means nope ) should be provided alongside links to videos. Same with the door (how to lock from inside) , stove, etc. I suspect the videos were created for international visitors but a short notice would save a lot of time／frustration for most.

Good location with all downtown restaurants, shops and venues within a 15 minute walk. It was clean and comfortable.

Just to be aware that a king sized bed in the UK can actually be a North American queen sized bed as was the case at this property. Best to check directly with the properties before booking if it’s critical for you.

Location, it’s bit isolated. It’s a student accommodation apartment. U can’t open curtains as you are then overlooking other flats.
