Adaquate for one night, to put your head down

I liked that the shower room were clean, the apartment had good space for us as we were staying while our daughter was running at the arena and we wanted an area for us to stay together. It was bright and nicely furnished in the front room. The kitchen had some supplies to warm up food. Ie cooker and microwave and grateful for kitchen utensils and washing equipment.

Think it would help if there was a folder to read information about the flat. Ie There was no free wifi, not sure why, but when I initially booked it said there was free wifi and then it said to access via public space. But didn’t have a clue. Also would be good to have information and the boiler and central heating system and how to use as well as the washer dryer. The tv and aerial is shocking and you cannot sit and watch anything. Anything that comes on sounds like a broken record The place needed a good clean and perhaps items which are broken should really be thrown out. For example there were two kettles, one was completely burnt at the bottom and second had cigarette ash in it and smelt so bad. Which Meant in order to have tea/coffee we boiled water on the saucepan. The microfibres towels were a little dirty and had some stains. So felt a little uncomfortable when using them after a shower The bed sheets and pillowcases have marks from tumble drying which can be off putting, I know this has been a comment made in the past.

Convenient - especially with the kitchen. Shower was great.

It was noisy on the street outside but that's not really the fault of the accommodation - but the windows let in all the noise... I was a little anxious about only getting the code so close to our stay and after a very long drive. I would have been more relaxed having the communication about the parking and access to the property sooner.

I love the area, being in the heart of Sheffield

No toaster, which isn’t a big deal and the hot water ran out faster with two of us staying, however when I come here on my own the hot water is more than enough

Overall, good value

The location is excellent for the price, just a short walk into Sheffield centre and close to pubs and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the place was warm.

The 'private parking' is actually just a city car park a couple of streets over and as it was closed when we arrived we had to leave the car on the street and get up early to move it. The place could be a little cleaner, it smelled of cigarette smoke and the sheets on the bed had some marks on them.

Absolutely disgusting stay, we’ve all came home and were boiling washing our clothes.

Good location for what we needed.

Absolutely disgusting, from entering the building it was stinking of weed and cigarette smoke! The apartment was disgusting, cigarette ash everywhere, fridge dirty, god knows what left in the sink plug hole! Looked like vomit. Sheets stained, what looked like poo on the radiator with hair in. Blood stains on the bathroom blinds. Honestly it was like a dwelling house for drug users! Will never ever use this company again. Only reason we stayed is because Sheffield was fully booked due to the concert we were attending.

Dirty and disappointing

Appears clean on entry but absolutely filthy in reality. The carpet is disgusting and I found bits of old rice in the rug when I sat on it. The bed sheets seemed to have been used by several people before me. Covered in black marks, other people’s hair and stains. Couldn’t sleep in the bed as dirty and itchy so lay on the sofa chair for a few hours before work. Hardly ideal! No apology. No refund. Avoid!

Hosting, location and accommodation were all good. Plenty of space and everything I needed. Host was also responsive to a wi-fi question.

No door number on booking.com so struggled to find it. Very cold when I first went in. I was recovering from a chest infection, so this was an issue.

Centrally located which made travelling and eating convenient. The property itself is very well maintained- it has a microwave, washer-dryer, ironing pad. Kettle. The heating was great and beds were comfy too

I wish the staff would have given a heads up about lack of elevators. Lugging up and down two suitcases up three floors wasn’t easy

A bit off messing about tbh codes hadn’t been sent to me before I set off, I don’t have email on my phone, but after a couple of phone calls we gained access to.

Bathroom tiles could do with a wash in largest bathroom, cutlery was filmed, kitchen cupboard had a large black run down the unit front, lounge glass table was al smeared and no tea and coffee 🤣 but we came prepared lol. The smell of weed was over powering. Freezer needs defrosting for future guests. Hope this helps kind regards Nick.

Honestly property not so bed especially for this prise have everything in what u need But Didn't send passcode for WiFi. Also didn't find any password in the property. After 11pm their phone doesn't answer... Inside was very terrible small of smoke, coat, even pijama, all our clothes smelled like cigarette smoke so i have to wash it after. They changed 50 pounds deposit but couldn't spend this money to do deep cleaning after previous smokers

An Amazing large deluxe apartment. A winner !

The property is very central, in Walking distance of the city centre. It's a lovely building and the apartments is really big. It's in a very good condition and is ideal for both short & long stays. The rooms are of a very high standard abd it only has 3 apartments per floor so was very quiet. I really can't fault anything about it. It was just perfect in all areas. Highly recommend this property!

There wasn't anything I didn't like about this property, my only comment wouId be that it doesn't have a lift. That wasn't a problem for me but maybe for some. It's only two floors high though and it's an old building so would be difficult to put one in now , but unless you are infirm don't let it put you off!

Great location, easy to access, good information so no issues in getting in. All the amenities, even tea and coffee. All I needed to get was milk. I’ll definitely look out for this property next time I’m in Sheffield. Terrific value for money.

I was given an upgrade. The facilities were fabulous. The property manager Adash is so accomodating and helpful. The bed was so comfy. The kitchen area excellent and the location is so central.

Cleanliness was not 100%

We were not convinced that the bedsheets had been changed since the previous guests and had bloodstains on them. My husband found an insect in the bed on the Friday morning (possibly a bed bug) and has subsequently got lots of bites on his arms, legs and neck.

Not very pleasing

The location was good.

The carpets in the apartment were all wet, so effectively we couldn't move in the house with our socks on- which all got wet and we all caught cold which effectively ruined our stay. If the carpets were cleaned (which is good) someone should dry them up as well. So not a good experience.

The area was quite noisy; this was fine for us as we were there to celebrate, though if you wanted to relax and sleep there was a lot of noise.
