Spacious 3-Bed Penthouse with City Sky Line Views

Beautiful apartment with the most amazing views. My son competes in Sheffield a lot and we have stayed in a few places in this city and this is the best by far. Had everything we needed, spacious and comfortable and perfect location to access the city and Ponds Forge.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms and bedrooms was excellent. My only feedback would be that the kitchen utensils, crockery and the draws were not clean. It does state that the occupier must clean what they have used but I would advise the owner to get these checked as it lets down the overall feel when you arrive and have to wash things before you use them when everywhere else is so beautiful!

Huge apartment / comfy sofa / great views (apart from the current local building site - new shopping precinct?) / good showers / comfortable beds = great value The underground parking was great. The instructions were very detailed. Air con was a nice bonus. Welcome card.

Welcome card said local relish was provided - never saw any. It was very hot and we opened the windows as much as possible but mosquitoes got in (nearby river) and I was unable to find any fly spray or equivalent anywhere. There were aromatic plug ins in each bedroom but they had all run out. The fan in my room only had 3 settings and it wasn't very effective.

Superb location right on riverside with City centre a couple hundred metres away only. Spacious apartment with great ambience throughout - cannot fault the rooms, comfort or facilities. Open plan living area gives great light and fantastic city views, plus kitchen very well stocked even donw to a good collection of condiments and seasonings already in cupboards. Little gesture of mini bottle of Hendersons Relish left for arriving guests (a Sheffield speciality - if you know, you know) and a pair of binoculars on the coffee table to enhance the views were both very nice touches. Underground car park with key-fob entry and separate key needed to access penthouse via lifts elevates the experience to one of a real 'big-city apartment' feeling. You could be in New York! We will be back.

Apartment can get very hot even with windows open and for first 24 hours there was an unpleasant drains-smell from ensuite bedroom which we put down to lack of use or a touch of damp? Shake and Vac and toilet gel seemed to sort it.

Beautiful decor, very spacious, great facilities and the accommodation was very clean

The bedrooms were extremely warm. Fans were provided which helped but the rooms really held the heat. We opened the windows but there was a lot of noise from the building work below which started at 8am.
