Easy check in (although I did have to prompt in advance via email to receive door and box code details). Room was clean (bathroom could be better, lots of hair in the shower door) and well provisioned. Location is excellent and nearby council parking on Rockingham Street is such an advantage in the city centre. My room faced Division Street- quiet in winter after students have keft, probably noisy in summer. However, I know this, know Sheffield and would stay again. Good value and good service overall. Thank you.

Really great stay and loved the large balcony and large living space. Super convenient to get around Sheffield. Only real complaint is that the pillows are quite hard and cheap. Other than that, the place is superb and I’ll be back.

Was told I would receive the instructions the morning of my stay didn't receive them until the afternoon which worried me The instructions are not well worded for example rather than 'If the key is not in the box' it said 'the key is not in the box' confused me could do with checking it for grammer/ clarity The door to the property is badly designed I hurt my hand closing it the first time. The apartment is lovely and very clean loved the fan a great touch as it was so hot only discovered on arrival that it's on a street with lots of pubs and clubs so very loud, the apartment is surprisingly sound proof but I didn't feel very safe I thought I might get an apartment with a balcony but that part of the building was covered in scaffolding another thing I hadn't been made aware of before I booked the only issue with upkeep of the property is that the kitchen base board has fallen off could see how cleaners would miss that loads of great extras there's a washing machine, oroning board and iron the kitchen was spotless and the applicance were numerous and all working

The unit was well-equipped and in a good location. The big disadvantage of it was that there was no air conditioning and even though it was cooler outside, there was little air flow from the window to make it comfortable at night for sleeping. A floor fan was provided which did help but it mostly just moves hot air around.

Great apartment in the heart of Sheffield, and so near bars, restaurants and shopping. We parked in a multi story off Matilda Street as it was 24hour and a bargain for £20 for 2 nights. A short walk, no problem (great little cafe outside too for breakfast/brunch). The apartment was easy to find and the hosts were really helpful with directions/answering questions. My only gripe/suggestion to improve is for proper blackout curtains. Its near bars, so expect a bit of noise (earplugs work). Nicely appointed, functional and all you need for a comfortable stay. We'd recommend it and will return.

Well equipped and spacious apartment. It had everything we needed to cook meals, and relax in. Accessing the flat was an easy process. Division street is a fun part of town, with lots of shops and pubs.

We really enjoy our 3 night stay at this premises. Highchair and cot were provided for our little one, and all the basics too. There’s a lift and, the apartment was clean and in really good condition (basics wear and tears). Very well located and we would definitely recommend this to family and friends. Overall 4.5/5

Lovely apartment with all the facilities, and a very comfy bed. The communication was excellent and my pet deposit was refunded really quickly too, could not fault the communication or the instructions for entry. It is also located close to a nice little park with a Tesco just around the corner. My only complaint was that the shower head was mouldy, and when I changed the pressure a fair bit of mould came out (luckily not onto me!), the rest of the apartment was good but this let it down.

Great location in city centre but as one street back it was surprisingly quiet (this apartment looks over car park & park at back). Very clean and comfortable.

The apartment was well appointed and clean. The linen was also clean. It is close to bus and tram routes. The city centre is a five-minute walk, Sheffield train station is a ten-minute walk. For those who like to drive there is a pay and display car park opposite the entry door.

This property is absolutely brilliant and spacious we booked 2 rooms for our stay one after the other both studio and apartment met our needs we had some issues with appliances but other than that the studio and apartments were clean and instructions were clear. I would advise to maybe plan a few days prior so gives time to complete recieve instructions. We did the booking night before check in and the other early moring same day and we were accomodated. No deposit was taken for either rooms.

Nice apartment. Clean and spacious and everything you need for short stay. Instructions on accessing building and flat are easy to follow and everything operates smoothly. Great location on doorstep of bars/restaurants, shops and cinema. The only thing is it can be noisy at night at weekends. Do as I did and take earplugs and you will be fine and have good sleep. The bed is also very comfortable.
