The room was as described and was comfortable, clean and stocked with essentials. Providing us with 6 fresh farm eggs was a nice touch. Lovely views over the surrounding countryside. The property is dog friendly and there is a local park 5 minutes walk away which is also ideal for dogs. The property is in a quiet rural setting about 20 mins drive from Sheffield and has nice pubs about 5 mins drive away.

A nice set-up, with a sufficiently appointed kitchenette, toiletries, and a good space. There was a nice touch by providing us with some (local) eggs and milk for our arrival, as well as some basic tea and coffee bits and pieces. There was also some useful local information, which we would have made use of had we stayed longer. The freezer compartment in the fridge was an absolute gift, as it meant we could make ice and keep our gel packs frozen - essential given the weather we had!
It's hard to be negative about such a nice place. The only real issue was the heat, which is outside of their control!

Location was perfect and super dog friendly - they especially loved the treats.

Plenty parking space and key collection.
We were not informed in advance of scaffolding on property and roof work underway so masonry was falling around the entrance which was hazardous and a lot of dust found particularly in the apartment bedroom. Dogs on the lower floor were noisy and disturbed the children when trying to sleep. Lack of an oven and no mugs was disappointing but appreciated the eggs and milk provided.
